| The Fifth Plenary session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee proposed to push the focus of social governance down to the grass-roots level,to empower the grassroots,to strengthen urban and rural community governance and service system construction,and to strengthen the construction of grass-roots social governance team.Visible,our country to the grass-roots social governance attention degree.It is also under the guidance of this macro policy,Changchun City,Yuxi City and other cities combined with the actual situation of the city,in the form of grass-roots social governance to do innovation,the implementation of the "three leaders" linkage work mechanism.With the "three leaders" group,namely grid leader,building leader,unit leader to undertake regular epidemic prevention and control and community governance and other related tasks.Based on the research on the psychological construction project of "three leaders" group,this paper takes the "three leaders" group in Changchun M street as the service object.In the early stage of the project,the data were collected by questionnaire method,scale method and unstructured interview method,and the problems of low self-efficacy,interpersonal confusion and weakening of emotional self-control were found in the "three leaders" group.And part of the grid leaders has a sense of job burnout,part of the building leaders and unit leaders has the problem of low professional identity.On the basis of this,the "three leaders " group needs for further analysis.In the project design period,social learning theory,social support theory and so on are taken as the theoretical support,and the corresponding service contents are designed for the "three leaders" group by selecting the psycho-social treatment mode and the interactive mode,so as to help the "three leaders" group to carry out psychological construction.During the implementation period of the project,the basic working methods of social work in group work and case work are used to provide services to the clients and meet the needs of the clients.Through the development of this project,it helps the "three leaders" group to improve their self-efficacy,solve the problem of interpersonal confusion,meet the needs of the "three leaders" group to improve emotional regulation ability.The sense of job burnout of grid leaders has been alleviated,and the identity of building leaders and unit leaders to "three leaders" work has been strengthened,which helps the "three leaders" group to get rid of the bad psychological state and make the "three leaders" group carry out and finish the work more smoothly. |
