| On March 18,2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the forum of ideological and political course teachers in schools that "it should be regarded as an important project to promote the integration of ideological and political course construction in colleges,middle schools and primary schools,and promote the connotation development of ideological and political course construction." On August 14,2019,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued Several Opinions on Deepening the Reform and Innovation of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Schools in the New Era,pointing out that "the Ministry of Education has established the Steering Committee for the Integration of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Colleges,Primary and Secondary Schools to strengthen the classified guidance for the construction of different types of ideological and political theory courses." In this study,"the integration of ideological and political theory courses in universities,primary and secondary schools" is referred to as "the integration of ideological and political theory courses in universities,primary and secondary schools".In each historical period of revolution,construction and reform,the Party attaches great importance to the construction of ideological and political courses and makes systematic arrangements for them.Since 1978,in view of the importance of ideological and political work in schools,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has formulated and issued many relevant policies and documents,especially on the convergence of curriculum and the integration of ideological and political courses in universities,primary and secondary schools,which has effectively promoted the evolution of ideological and political courses.Starting from the triple dimension,this study systematically analyzes the existing problems and further analyzes the reasons,and on this basis,it tries to find the optimal countermeasures for the integration construction of ideological and political courses in universities,primary and secondary schools.There are five chapters in this paper.Chapter One: Introduction.On the basis of clarifying the research basis and significance,this chapter systematically sorts out the research status of the integration of ideological,political and educational courses in universities,primary and secondary schools at home and abroad,clarifies the research ideas and methods,and carefully summarizes the innovation and shortcomings of the research.Chapter two: the basic theory of the integration of ideological and political theory courses in schools and colleges in the new era.This chapter first analyzes and explains the basic concepts of the new era,integration and curriculum integration involved in this study,and on this basis further clarifies the meaning of the integration of ideology,politics and courses in universities,primary and secondary schools.Trace to the basic principles and laws of marxism on the theory of man’s all-round development,marxism life world theory and system theory,it provides a theoretical basis for the research on the integration of ideology,politics and education in universities,primary and secondary schools,and makes a necessary explanation on the necessity of the integration of ideology,politics and education in universities,primary and secondary schools.Chapter three: the three dimensions of the integration of ideological and political theory courses.This chapter makes a systematic review of the three dimensions of the integration of ideological and political courses in universities,primary and secondary schools,mainly from the three dimensions of the overall dimension(the basic problems of integration engineering),the vertical dimension(the evolution of textbooks tends to be integrated),and the horizontal dimension(the integration of curriculum content logic).The overall dimension explains the spiraling problem,the problem of breaking down the barriers of learning period and the problem of effective cohesion.The vertical dimension and the horizontal dimension respectively explain the specific situations of primary schools,middle schools and universities.Chapter four: the present situation and causes of the integration construction of ideological and political theory courses in universities,primary and secondary schools.This chapter analyzes the present situation of the integration of ideological and political courses in universities,primary and secondary schools,pointing out both the achievements and some problems.On this basis,from the exam-oriented education system,ideological and political course curriculum system,traditional curriculum evaluation,teachers’ professional quality,teaching supervision mechanism,this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in the integration of ideological and political course construction in colleges,middle schools and primary schools.Chapter Five: The optimization countermeasures of the integration construction of ideological and political theory courses in universities and primary and secondary schools in the new era.On the basis of analyzing its problems and causes,this chapter discusses and explains the optimization countermeasures of the integration construction of ideological and political courses in colleges,middle schools and primary schools from the five aspects of curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum evaluation,teachers’ team and curriculum guarantee. |
