On March 18,2019,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to integrate ideological and political courses in Colleges and universities,primary and secondary schools.Ideological and political course is the key course of teaching and educating people.It is an important prerequisite to train and innovate the ideological and political staff and to keep the ideological and political staff seriously.The integrated development of Ideological and political course in Colleges and universities is not only the compass to promote the connotation development of Ideological and political course in the new era,but also the direction of moral and spiritual cultivation through bacon,but also the mirror of the goal.Strengthening and developing the current ideological and political education has important theoretical and practical significance.Under the guidance of Marxist humanism and the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,this paper aims to solve the existing problems in the process of curriculum integration and development in primary and secondary schools,with the content of teaching materials,the contingent of teachers and curriculum objectives as the objectives.It includes in-depth analysis of practical research and relevant literature,and scientific and systematic review and summary of the problems found from a systematic perspective.Guided by the three scientific systems theory of integrity,hierarchy and relevance,this paper analyzes and tests the ideological and political course in primary and secondary schools.It points out that the overall structure of Ideological and political courses in Colleges and universities,primary and secondary schools is loose,there are gaps at all levels,and the implementation elements are lack of coordination.Finally,reasonable suggestions and beneficial improvements are put forward.By optimizing the compilation of teaching materials,enhance the comprehensive quality of teachers,deepen the curriculum objectives,and actively integrate the scattered structure,dislocation degree and collaborative implementation elements.Promote the rational and effective integration of the elements of Ideological and political courses in Colleges and universities,primary and secondary schools;Finally,we should meet the requirements of targeted development of Ideological and political course,better implement the basic tasks of socialist moral construction and cultural construction,realize the all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique and beauty,and become a qualified builder and reliable successor.The integrated construction of Ideological and political course is not only the catalyst for the gradual development of teenagers’ Ideological and political education in the new era,but also the lubricant for the development and improvement of Ideological and political education in the new era.It not only expands the "breadth" of the field of Ideological and political course construction,but also expands the "depth" of the content system of Ideological and political course construction,and improves the "height" of the scientific theory of Ideological and political course construction.The integrated development of Ideological and political courses in primary and secondary schools has important guiding significance and reference value for the unified construction of Ideological and political courses in different fields.
