Autonomous learning refers to the active and active learning state of the subject in the learning process in terms of learning plan, learning strategy, learning attitude and learning evaluation.Under the advocacy of the age of lifelong learning, building a learning society and improving students’ autonomous learning ability has been the focus of my country’s education and teaching reforms. As the backbone of future education and teaching, scientific research and development, and theoretical research, master’s students should be active, independent, and full of creative spirit in their learning. However,in the process of postgraduate training in our country,it is not uncommon for students to learn burnout, lack of interest in learning, and low subjective involvement, which makes it difficult to meet the national requirements for the quality of talent training. To this end, this research conducted a questionnaire survey with full-time graduate students in J University as the research object, aiming to understand the status quo of autonomous learning of graduate students,to explore the differences in autonomous learning of different subjects, and to find the internal factors that affect the autonomous learning of graduate students.,External factors,so as to analyze the existing problems in the status quo of autonomous learning, and further propose optimization suggestions.Based on a review of the relevant concepts, theories and models of domestic and foreign scholars, this research screens out the core concepts, integrates the opinions of all parties to determine the measurement dimensions after consultations from instructors, experts, and students, and designs "the status quo of autonomous learning"and " Two questionnaires on “Influencing Factors of Autonomous Learning”,470 valid questionnaires were distributed and recovered. The researcher analyzed the questionnaire data with the help of SPSS 22.0 software.Through the descriptive statistical results,it can be seen that the overall status quo of autonomous learning for postgraduates of J University is better. They scored the lowest in learning attitude, performed well in learning strategies and learning evaluation, and performed best in learning plans. At the same time, this study also found many detailed problems, such as insufficient time allocation ability of students, low learning enthusiasm and low concentration retention. In terms of the difference test, there is a significant positive correlation between learning time and autonomous learning in demographic variables, that is,the more time invested in learning, the better the degree of autonomous learning. In terms of influencing factors, this study uses regression analysis to stepwise regression of variables. The results show that the three variables of learning motivation, teacher influence, and school environment all have significant effects on autonomous learning.Among them, the influence of learning motivation variables is particularly Significantly.Through a detailed interpretation of the research conclusions, this research takes the status quo as the starting point, summarizes its lack of internal motivation for learning, lack of procedural planning capabilities, inability to provide school learning resources, low self-monitoring and evaluation levels, etc.,and proposes to drive internal Study motivation, establish autonomous learning awareness, refine learning process guidance, create flexible interactive classrooms, optimize school learning environment, enrich auxiliary resource supply, clarify student evaluation goals, strengthen learning process evaluation and other optimization suggestions,in order to enhance the autonomy of university graduate students Provide some suggestions on the level of sexual learning to help the training of talents in higher education.
