Reserarch On The Influence Of Social Support On College Students’ Intention To Social Entrepreneurship

As a new form of social organization,social entrepreneurship has both social and economic values,and has become an important means to solve social problems.China is in the transition stage of economic development.Social problems such as aging population,deterioration of ecological environment,widening gap between rich and poor,and great employment pressure are becoming increasingly serious.Social entrepreneurship as an effective way to solve social problems has been paid more and more attention by the government,market and society.Compared with foreign countries,the research on social entrepreneurship in China has only started late.The research topic is focused on the theory of social entrepreneurship and the operation process of social enterprises.Some scholars focus on the problems of social entrepreneurship education,and lack of research on the influencing factors of social entrepreneurship intention.Qualitative analysis is the main research method,and there is no quantitative research.As a new force of social entrepreneurship,college students’ intention to start a business in society is of vital importance to the social entrepreneurship rate of college students.Based on this,this paper takes social entrepreneurship intention as the research topic,from the perspective of social support,and introduces social entrepreneurship motivation as the intermediary variable to explore the impact of social support on social entrepreneurship intention and its mechanism,and provides guidance and reference for predicting and improving the social entrepreneurship intention of college students.This article uses a combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to conduct research.First,through literature research,the current status of the research on social entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention influencing factors is explained.At the same time,the concept of social support and social entrepreneurial motivation and related research in the field of entrepreneurship are combed,and they are determined as the main research variables of this article.Based on social support theory and motivation theory,a theoretical model with social support as the independent variable,social entrepreneurial motivation as the intermediary variable,and social entrepreneurial intention as the dependent variable is constructed,and research hypotheses between the three are proposed.Further adopting the empirical analysis method,issuing questionnaires to college students through questionnaire surveys,collecting and collating data,and conducting data analysis.The research results show that social support has a significant positive impact on social entrepreneurship intentions,and social entrepreneurship motivation has a significant impact on social entrepreneurship intentions.It also has a significant positive impact.The altruistic motivation under the social entrepreneurial motivation plays a part of the mediating role in the relationship between social support and social entrepreneurial intentions.Based on this research conclusion,corresponding suggestions are put forward.All sectors of the society should provide good social support for college students’ social entrepreneurship,the government should improve the policy support system for college students’ social entrepreneurship,schools should build and improve the social entrepreneurship education system for college students,and families and society should provide them to college students.Positive emotional support and guidance.At the same time,we should focus on cultivating college students’ sense of social responsibility,social mission,sense of fairness and justice and other altruistic qualities.
