Study On Government Supervision Of Food Safety In Rural Campuses

General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that the grass-roots should be regarded as the main battlefield of public safety,and the construction of food safety in rural areas should be strengthened.In recent years,food safety problems such as mildewed pork buns and sulphur chicken legs have been frequently exposed in rural campus canteens,reflecting the severe supervision dilemma of the current grass-roots government.Shortcomings like the weakness of rural people’s food safety awareness,the lack of government supervision resources have increased the difficulty of grass-roots government supervision,while making campus food safety face a huge challenge.In order to ensure the smooth development of rural campus food safety supervision work,we must focus on solving a series of problems such as the low level of grass-roots government supervision,low efficiency of supervision,and weak supervision power,so as to lay a solid foundation for creating a good food safety environment in rural campus.Taking T county as an example,carry out the systematic research on the government supervision of food safety in rural campuses through literature analysis,interview,questionnaire survey and case studies,so as to summarize the problems existing in the supervision subject,institution,law and technology of the grassroots government in our country.Analyzing the problems of government supervision in food safety of rural campus based on the theories of government supervision and holistic governance,so that propose the following solutions: The first is to focus on the holistic government construction,continuously improve the benefit synergy mechanism,and increase the participation of the public and grassroots social organizations;The second is to adhere the talent introduction and training,cultivate a group of professional supervisory talents,build a team of high-quality practitioners,so as to lay a solid foundation for maintaining food safety in rural campuses;The third is to use modern supervision methods in building a digital regulatory platform and a "one code knows security" smart system,for promoting the interconnection of resources and technologies;The fourth,we will refine the supervision laws of food safety in rural campuses according to the principle of adapting measures to local conditions,and promote management systems such as quantitative grading and enterprise points system;The fifth,we will carry out pre-event risk prevention,post-event information traceability and food safety liability insurance,so as to realize process supervision.
