| This study takes kindergarten independent games as the breakthrough point,and makes an in-depth discussion on the observation of teachers in independent games through case studies.The main research contents include: 1.Summarize the observation of teachers in children's independent games;2.Present the observation of an infant teacher in independent games,reveal the problems in his observation,and analyze the causes of the problems in the teacher's observation;3.Propose suggestions to promote preschool teachers to observe scientifically and effectively in independent games.The first part attempts to summarize the observation of teachers in kindergarten independent games based on the observation status of teachers in kindergarten independent games through literature review.The author combed the value of teacher observation in independent games and the core elements of teacher observation in independent games.The second part,the specific problems observed by teacher C in the independent game of K Park and the attribution analysis.Based on the background of the game reform,the author takes teacher c from k park in Jinan city,Shandong province as the research object,and adopts interview,observation and case analysis methods to present the concrete performance of teacher c's game observation under the background of the kindergarten game reform.the investigation results are analyzed from the aspects of observation purpose,observation methods,observation records,analysis of observation results and response after observation.By further sorting out the data,this paper explores the attribution of problems observed by teachers C in independent games,specifically,teachers' traditional views on children and games,teachers' insufficient mastery of observation skills,teachers' lack of in-depth understanding of children's behavior,and lack of guarantee mechanism for kindergarten's observation of teachers in independent games.The third part is to promote the scientific and effective implementation of observationstrategies by teachers C in independent games in K Park.Starting from the main problems and attribution analysis of teachers' observation in K Park C,this paper tries to put forward strategies to promote teachers' scientific and effective observation.The specific strategies are as follows:First,teachers should pay attention to the observation elements in the game and master practical and effective observation skills.Set up specific and clear observation targets;Ensure the diversity and flexibility of observation methods;Strengthen the pertinence of the contents of observation records;Give full play to the application value of observation records;Combining theory with practice,analyzing children's games from multiple perspectives;Clever response,give full play to children's initiative in the game.Secondly,teachers should change the traditional educational concept and enrich their professional theoretical knowledge.Pay attention to the value of teachers' observation in independent games;Learning books about children's development and game observation;Establish a correct view of children and deeply understand children's behavior in games.Third,kindergartens should provide full support and improve the teacher observation and guarantee mechanism.Reasonable planning of activities to provide time support for teachers' observation;Improve the teacher assessment system and increase the proportion of teacher observation in the assessment;Strengthen relevant professional guidance,improve the review and evaluation of teachers' observation records;Make full use of various resources to establish an independent learning platform for teachers' game observation;Innovation park-based teaching and research and training actively lead teachers' observation skills in independent games.As Anji games move towards an international perspective,preschool education in our country is paying more and more attention to children's independent games.I believe that in the future continuous practice and development,teachers' observation ability in independent games will gradually improve through various forces of kindergartens,teachers,parents and society,and the value of children's independent games will eventually be realized. |
