| Under the background of "made in China" and "manufacturing power",the state vigorously develops vocational education and encourages the cultivation of a large number of skilled compound talents with professional skills,strong adaptability and mental health.Therefore,the psychological problems of students from special families in secondary vocational schools have become an important research topic.This study uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics to investigate the mental health status of students from special families in Q vocational and technical high school in Jilin Province,summarize the mental health status of students,find out the factors affecting students’ mental health,conduct in-depth analysis,and put forward corresponding opinions and suggestions,Further strengthen the mental health level of students from special families in Q vocational and technical high school in Jilin Province.At the same time,it provides practical basis and experience for the management of mental health of students from special families in Vocational and technical high schools in the future,and makes contributions to improving the mental health system of special families in secondary vocational schools.Based on the research and analysis of the mental health status of special family students in Q vocational high school,the following conclusions are drawn: First,the average mental health of students in terms of overall mental health status is 3.306,and the mental health of special family students in Q vocational and technical high school is at a general level,which is more reflected in sensitivity,introversion,self-denial,self-confidence,poor self-binding,unable to consciously abide by the rules and regulations of the school,and will not take the initiative to communicate.Secondly,the existing management mechanism of the school is not perfect,and thirdly,the psychological education activities of secondary vocational students are not effective.Finally,teachers lack the individual psychological knowledge reserve and educational ability.The opinion of this study is to establish a top-level "school manager teacher" three-level responsibility linkage mechanism in combination with the actual situation of the school.At the school level,improve the working system and form a correct concept of mental health;Integrate educational resources to ensure the orderly development of "home school community" cooperative education;Flexible use,diversification of mental health activities;At the level of school managers,they should change the traditional educational concept,establish the overall thought of moral education,pay attention to the professional characteristics of vocational schools,and formulate Discipline Cultivation Education;At the level of school teachers,improve teachers’ attention to mental health at the ideological level,and build a high-quality teacher team;Strengthen the management level of teachers and improve the strength of teachers. |
