For the current situation of psychological health level of special students are far lower than those normal ones, it’s necessary to implement education of students’ psychological health which is benefit to those special students’ self-awareness developing、excellent interpersonal relationship developing、adolescent health caring and ability of social lives raising. Thus, we can take an integrated and balanced development of special students.Under the teaching condition of current special education school, ideology and morality course plays a main role of psychological health education in most of them.However, in present study, thirteen special education school from different area though out the country are researched with teaching content、teaching method 、teaching evaluation and some other psychological health education related parts by questionnaire survey. we draw on The ideology and morality course trail textbook of People’s education press edition as object of our study and find out that it dose have some problems in those special education schools who take use of ideology and morality course to carry out psychological health education.In present study, we research on the current situation of psychological health education during ideology and morality course and try to propose some strategies to enhance and optimize such education. Thirteen special education school from different area though out the country are researched, and on the bass of comprehensive analysis of other scholars’ research on exceptional child psychological health education, we put forward some countermeasure of psychological health education improving on ideology and morality course to implement. It will be benefit to enrich relevant research in our country and enhance the psychological health education during ideology and morality course in special school and attach importance to the psychological health problems of special students.We aim to improve the effect of the psychological health education of these special students. At the same time, the present study aims to help those teachers of ideology and morality course who expect to provide appropriate psychological health education to special students to handle psychological needs of different students with directed way.As the development of psychological health of special student is consistentprocess, it’s impossible for us to help those special students to learn solving psychological problems by themselves or cultivate excellent psychological traits with the education of short-term psychological health education during ideology and morality course. Thus, we desire to help teachers to carry out more pertinent psychological health education in teaching ideology and morality course and contain more psychological health content in practical teaching with the help of the present study which may assist special students to achieve the aim of developing healthy psychological traits though optimized psychological health education during ideology and morality course.
