Children's cooperative behavior is a form of prosocial behavior,and learning to cooperate plays a vital role in the development of children's life.Activities in kindergarten are all curriculum,and regional activities are important in activities in kindergarten,children can play games and activities in regional activities,and learn and grow in the interaction with their peers.Regional activities are also the key activities to cultivate and improve children's social ability,and children are prone to produce cooperative behavior in autonomous games.In order to study children's cooperative behavior in regional activities,The writer knows about the current situation of 3-6 years old children's cooperative behavior in regional activities with field observation,finds out the existing problems,analyzes the influencing factors,and puts forward corresponding educational suggestions,so as to arouse parents and teachers' attention to children's cooperative behavior,cultivate children's good prosocial behavior,and promote children's all-round and healthy development.This paper uses literature,observation and interview methods to study the cooperative behavior of 3-6 years old children in regional activities.A public kindergarten class in Nanning is selected for six weeks of field observation,and random interviews are conducted with kindergarten teachers during the observation process.The collected materials and data are collated and analyzed,mainly structural analysis and process points,the structural analysis includes the frequency,number of participants,gender characteristics and duration of cooperative behavior of children in regional activities;the process analysis includes the opening strategy,performance and results of cooperative behavior of children in regional activities,and the characteristics of cooperative behavior of children of different ages inregional activities are obtained.The problems were found as follows:children's sense of cooperation are weak;children lack of cooperation skills;introverted and aggressive children's cooperative behavior was less.According to the analysis of the problems,there are three main factors affecting children's cooperative behavior in regional activities:first,children themselves,children's low level of cognitive development,children's introverted personality or bad temper,children's poor social communication ability and children's low level of language development affect children's cooperative behavior.Secondly,regional activity environment,too much materials in the region lead to children playing alone,the narrow space of regional activities is not conducive to children's cooperative behavior,and different types of regions also have an impact on children's cooperative behavior.Thirdly,kindergarten teachers,teachers' ideas of cooperative behavior,teachers' lack of systematic guidance on cooperative behavior of children,and teachers' educational evaluation affect cooperative behavior of children.Finally,according to the existing problems and influencing factors,the paper puts forward some suggestions to promote children's cooperative behavior:attaching importance to the cultivation of children's cooperative consciousness and ability,paying attention to the creation of regional activity environment and strengthening the guidance of children's cooperative behavior in regional activities.
