Innovation is a hot topic of development in today’s era.Grasping innovation is equivalent to grasping the "bull nose" of development.The process of human development is also a process of innovation from primitive to modern,from simple to complex.Since modern times,every major change in production factors has been inseparable from innovation.Facing the future,innovation is at the core of the overall situation of my country’s modernization drive.Enterprises are the mainstay of economic development,and innovation is the inexhaustible driving force for enterprise development.The summarization of a country’s enterprise innovation strength largely determines a country’s innovation strength.In the era of accelerated update and iteration of knowledge,innovation has become a necessary ability for every group and individual.The key to innovation lies in innovative talents,and the identification and evaluation of innovative talents is the prerequisite for talent work.Through the research on the evaluation of the ability of innovative talents of enterprises,it is possible to clarify the principles and objectives of enterprise selection and cultivation of talents,and provide self-direction for the development of innovative talents,thereby enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises in the innovation and development,and creating more society for enterprises.Economic benefits,and can better promote the vitality of talents in our country,improve the happiness and sense of acquisition of innovative talents,make the construction of an innovative country from a single point of innovation to innovation and integration development,promote the synchronization of the upstream and downstream of the innovation industry chain,and build the world A first-class innovation powerhouse.This article first lays the foundation for the following research by defining the connotation and characteristics of innovative talents,analyzing and researching innovative talents’ ability characteristics,evaluation index systems and methods,etc.;secondly,based on the literature research results,an iceberg model is established.Set up a preliminary evaluation system,and issue a questionnaire survey.According to the results of the questionnaire,the correlation of indicators is analyzed,invalid indicators are deleted,and a three-level evaluation indicator model is finally obtained;then,the construction principles of the indicator system are clarified and the indicators are assigned The weighting method and the modeling method are compared and analyzed.According to the research needs,the combined weighting method combining the judgment matrix method and the entropy method is finally used to calculate the comprehensive weight of the index,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to construct the model;finally,an energy company is selected A case study was carried out,and three of the members were evaluated for their innovation ability,which further verified the practicability of the model,and put forward suggestions on the evaluation results.In summary,this article has established an evaluation system for the ability of innovative talents in enterprises,and selected an energy company as an example for calculation analysis to demonstrate the effectiveness and practicability of this evaluation system,which provides an opportunity for the development of innovative talents and talent selection for enterprises.The effective basis will promote the improvement of research related to innovative talents.
