| Since 2016,the online education industry has gradually shown a trend of rapid growth.On the one hand,the political,economic,social and technological environment in which online education enterprises live provides fertile soil for the growth of the online education industry,and on the other hand,it also benefits from the strong market demand for online education.Online education responds to the national call of "Internet+education" and provides a favorable way for the fair sharing of quality education resources.However,under the guidance of huge market demand and favorable environment,online education enterprises also face a lot of challenges.With high income and high cost,they still face the dilemma of negative profit growth.Some online education enterprises even face the threat of bankruptcy or are eliminated by the market.In the face of such problems,this paper chooses to study the relationship between the business model and enterprise value,which is the most important for the survival of online education enterprises,and explores the impact of business model innovation on enterprise value.After sorting out the literature,this paper mainly follows the following structural arrangement based on the theories related to business model and enterprise value.Then the case analysis of new Oriental online;Finally,the paper concludes the influence mechanism of online education enterprises’ business model innovation on enterprise value and further studies the relationship between them.In the case analysis of new Oriental online,combining the business model canvas theory and value theory,the business model of the enterprise is divided into nine basic elements of the canvas,namely,value proposition,customer segmentation,key business,core resources,partners,customer relationship,channels,cost structure and revenue source.In addition,these factors are classified into four dimensions:value proposition,value creation,value transmission and value acquisition.The innovation of factors will be related to other factors to drive the change of business model.Through this method of standardizing business model,the business model innovation path of new Oriental online can be clearly presented.Then combined with the four value dimensions,corresponding to the selected financial and non-financial performance indicators that reflect the enterprise value,it is found that the business model innovation shown by the value dimension will cause changes in the indicators.After comprehensive analysis,it is concluded that the business model innovation of new Oriental online will improve the enterprise value in the long run.In addition,it is concluded that all online education enterprises need to constantly innovate their business models to meet the market demand and enhance their competitiveness,so as to create more value for the society,promote the progress of enterprises,and finally realize a virtuous circle of business models and enterprise values.To some extent,this research enriches the theory of the influence of online education enterprises’ business model on enterprise value,and provides reference for further improving the research methods in the future.In practice,the research results can provide a reference direction for the enterprise’s business model innovation and enterprise value acquisition,and provide certain reference significance for the future development of online education enterprises.For now,still little practical application combined with theoretical analysis of the case study of literature,in this paper,the early business model canvas as a way to analysis enterprise business model innovation,on the analysis of the target industry business model more,the research methods as well as the research object of this article selects all has certain novelty. |
