China is a great agricultural country with a significant demographic,and as such the issues of the "three rural areas" has persisted throughout history.In recent few years,China’s rapidly increasing urban areas,and the poorly organized workforce in terms of schooling in remote sites,and the growing aging is increasing year by year.Many in the labor pool,notably among young and mid-levels.are rapidly flowed into big cities,which bring about the shortage of talent pool.So the state and the administration are growing more aware of the "three major agricultural issues".The Rural Rejuvenation Strategic Plan(2018-2022)proposes to step up the application of human resources for village revitalization,put into practice positive policy of benefit farming and talent pool,rapidly achieving the training of new and vocational farmers serve to villages.Volume and mass of agriculture practitioners is very important for countryside growing and the agricultural technology progress.So improving and strengthening the village economics and new professional farmers to rural revitalization,Hence,it is crucial to consider "new kinds of occupation farmers" as a renewable manpower for driving rural development and rejuvenating villages.This study takes Midong District as an example,is guided by three theories that are Human Capital theory,Poly-centric Administration theory and Demand Hierarchy theory,and investigated the kinds of the basic situations about the new professional farmers in Midong District such as the training status,the training work content and multifarious training modes.Within them,three typical training modes of new professional practitioners in Midong District are intensively investigated and studied.And making a comparison in its operational characteristics,effectiveness,advantages and disadvantages and applicability within another three typical training modes of "government + vocational colleges + farmers","farmers’ field schools" and "sending education to the urban areas".Secondly on the footing of the survey we bring to bear the theoretical analysis and are united in wedlock binary logistic empirical study.The analysis of farmers’ intention to be involved in learning in Midong District is mainly from three aspects The first aspect is personal factors and the others are training system and policy.The results indicates that the eight factors that are expected man,understanding of training policy,training certificates are usable for working purposes,trainings which are currently at hand influencing farmers’ propensities.Therefore,different regions should establish reasonable selection systems of training subject and object.And promote policies to benefit farmers according to the policy orientation,respect the farmers willingness,then make the training decisions which they need.Then the focus work are the points: improve training’s satisfaction,add up to the training effectiveness,training system is optimized,and focus on developing highly skilled people.At length,based on the above surveys and analysis results,the foundation ideas of optimization China’s new professional farmer training are present for the three dimensions of model optimization principle,the designing of model system and safeguard system.Offer see also recommendations for the new professional peasants for our long term growth purposes.
