Innovation is the first power to push forward the human society.With the continuous development of technology in the information age,based on the needs of the growth of all walks of life in the new century,education for innovation and entrepreneurship has gradually evolved into an educational concept that meets the needs of economic and social development,and is geared to all students,combined with professional education,Innovation and entrepreneurship education is integrated into the whole process of talent training.With the continuous development,the tentacles of innovation and entrepreneurship are gradually extended to information technology.Under this trend,the innovative talents with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability are favored by all circles of society,and many colleges and universities take the cultivation of innovative talents as the main melody of education and teaching reform in the 21 st century.The quality of personnel training is the lifeline of higher education.In order to meet the employment needs of different types of personnel,some colleges and universities are constantly exploring school-running models and personnel training ideas suitable for their own development in the process of development,the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education plays an important role in the cultivation of applied talents in local universities.Like many research-oriented universities and colleges,they have not only established a large-scale incubator base for college students’ innovation and Entrepreneurship and a mature platform for university-enterprise cooperation,but also took the lead in forming a number of replicable and replicable institutional achievements.In contrast,many local colleges and universities in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship education,but encountered a variety of bottlenecks.Therefore,how to establish an innovative and entrepreneurial talent training system with local undergraduate characteristics,improve the quality of talent training,and serve the coordinated development of the local and even the central government,at present,it is an important problem for local universities to promote the education of innovation and entrepreneurship.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC proposed that the CPC should conscientiously strengthen its mission,focus on solving key problems,promote the spirit of scientists,steadily promote innovation and entrepreneurship to a new level,and pool great strength for the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Facing the reform demand and development trend of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local universities,this paper puts forward the construction strategy combining the current situation and problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local universities.From the important leading role of ecosystem theory in innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in local colleges and universities,through the "three-in-one" innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem theory in the course of social practice to constantly verify,deepen,optimize and improve,in order to expand the path construction of China’s entrepreneurship education ecosystem,promote the optimization development of China’s entrepreneurship education ecosystem,and further improve and expand the level and scale of the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents,to realize the healthy,orderly and sustainable development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities,so as to promote the educational reform of local colleges and universities and lead the social innovation and development.
