Research On The Ecosystem Model Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education In Chinese University

The education ecosystem model refers to a new type of education model developed by integrating Lawrence Creming’s education ecosystem theory and Bronfenbreener’s ecosystem theory.The new model consults with a great deal of constituent principles and operating mechanisms,these elements,which are derived from the natural ecosystem,can be applied into education practice.In the face of the gloomy employment demerits stemmed from the continuous growth of fresh graduates in Chinese colleges and universities,and the obvious imbalance between supply and demand of talents such as "graduation is unemployment" during the post-epidemic period,our government and universities have deeply realized that encouraging entrepreneurship refers to the most effective response for maintaining national employment and steading economic growth.What’s more,cultivating high-quality talents for innovation and entrepreneurship is deemed to be crucial tasks for our country’s high-quality development.At present,the industry generally holds that developing and cultivating an ecosystem,which refers to feasible,can break through the existing innovation and entrepreneurship education models in Chinese colleges and universities.In this background,our research,which focus on the ecosystem model of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chinese colleges and universities,mirrors vitally theoretical and practical significance.After summarizing and analyzing the theories of Bronfenbrenner’s ecosystem,the framework for MIT innovation education ecosystem,Nonaka Ikujiro’s SECI model and his standpoints of knowledge creation field,this thesis puts forward the new type of innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem,which relies on the three goals and four basic principles,in the Chinese colleges and universities.Especially,the author argues that we should enhance the comprehensive abilities of innovation and entrepreneurship as well as the values of social development by structuring a matched ecosystem in colleges and universities.Combining with the recent policy documents issued by our government and the construction methods for the new type of the ecosystem structure,the author makes the feasibility of the development for the ecosystem model of innovation and entrepreneurship education in domestic colleges and universities further enhanced.In order to provide the implementation strategies and creation paths for the innovation and entrepreneurship education modes which are based on construction of the ecosystem structure in the colleges and universities,the research results of this thesis can further improve the education system and related policies of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chinese colleges and universities.
