Our country’s professional degree postgraduate education has been developed from scratch,from the beginning to the gradual perfection,and it has gone through more than 30 years.With the advent of a new round of scientific and technological revolution,the country has a stronger demand for high-level applied talents.The professional degree postgraduate education is the main way to cultivate high-level applied talents.Therefore,the country attaches great importance to the development of professional degree postgraduate education,and has successively issued a series of policies and measures to ensure all-round protection,and strive to treat academic postgraduate education equally,demonstrating the country’s determination to improve the postgraduate education system.Under the new situation,in order to better improve the quality of postgraduate education.it is imperative to reform the postgraduate training system.Among them,improving the graduate scholarship system is a key part of the reform of the training mechanism.Judging from the currently issued policy documents,the national scholarship policy for full-time professional degree graduate students is basically formulated with reference to the academic degree graduate scholarship policy.However,the training objectives,training models,and quality evaluation systems of the two types of graduate students are the same.There are some differences.This method of "drawing a gourd according to the pattern" neither pays attention to and highlights the differences within the two types of postgraduate groups,nor does it fit well with the training goals and training models of full-time professional degree postgraduate education.As far as its scholarship system is concerned-compared with academic degree master’s students,my country’s full-time professional degree master’s students lack a targeted,complete and reasonable scholarship system.Therefore,how to construct a suitable scholarship system to conform to its own educational laws and improve the quality of professional degree graduate development is particularly important.This article focuses on the professional degree master’s scholarship system itself,based on the theory of education equity,incentive theory,and education cost sharing theory,and mainly researches on the relevant postgraduate scholarship policy texts of the country and universities(mainly the 7 subordinate universities in Wuhan)Objects,supplemented by interviews with relevant interest groups,on the one hand,through analyzing the commonalities and individualities of different degree types of postgraduate scholarship systems,understand the current development of the postgraduate scholarship system,and clarify the in-depth value orientation of postgraduate scholarships.On the other hand,through in-depth analysis of the detailed characteristics of full-time professional degree postgraduate education,it is found that the current scholarship policy has vague policy objectives,deviations in policy interpretation,alienation of policy implementation,and lack of scientific evaluation in the evaluation process,and publicity and guidance.Difficulties such as not being in place,monitoring-evaluation channels are not unblocked,etc.Then,in view of the implementation difficulties of the full-time professional degree master’s scholarship system,starting from the actual situation,thinking about the expected state of the professional degree master’s scholarship system,and putting forward targeted measures from the level of national policy formulation,university implementation,and graduate group participation.Construction strategy.With a view to promoting the improvement of my country’s graduate scholarship system and promoting the improvement of the quality of graduate education..
