In the 21 century, we need Professional Degree Postgraduate Education (PDPE), but we need high quality PDPE more. So it is very important to guarantee the quality of personnel training.The quality is the lifeline of the Degree Postgraduate Education, and evaluation is important means of the quality inspection and supervision. PDPE is an important part of evaluation, and is an advanced research field too. Global research on PDPE evaluation enjoys a quite long history and a rich source of experience. However, where achievements at the primary young in China, where achievements at the primary level have been made by combining foreign experience and China's reality. This article presents a preliminary research into the evaluation system and method concerning China's Quality Evaluation of Professional Degree Postgraduate Education which based on an analysis of the history and characteristics of China's PDPE and technology of evaluation index systems.The following tasks are completed in this research: (1) We preliminary analyzes the China's PDPE and the overall environment; (2)We study the evaluation index system which is the core issues of the Professional Degree Postgraduate Education Quality; ( 3 ) By comparison ,we select the empower and evaluation methods for all postgraduate education quality evaluation.(4)Using AHP and fuzzy theory , we design the individual quality evaluation system of the Professional Degree Postgraduate, and an authentic case study has been provided with the educational quality evaluating of a Profession Degree Postgraduate as an example.The study provided a useful policy recommendations for the relevant departments, which is of practical value.
