The emotions of junior high school students are characterized by polarity and variability.They are facing increasing academic pressure and are more susceptible to the interference and impact of surrounding things.Improving resilience can help junior high school students cope with the increasing academic pressure.For the special training of junior high school students' resilience,this study adopts Acceptance and Commitment(ACT)to design and form feasible and series of group counseling activities,in order to effectively improve the resilience level of junior high school students and form a psychological The new paradigm of special counseling for health education enriches the content of mental health counseling for junior high school students,and also provides new ideas for research on improving the resilience level of junior high school students.The study uses the California Healthy Children Questionnaire as a measurement and screening tool,and selects a group of 40 students with a low level of resilience(the last 27%)from a survey on the resilience of junior two students in a middle school in Xiqing District,Tianjin.Students as research subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(20 people in each group).The experimental group received a 60-minute ACT group counseling intervention once a week for nine weeks,while the control group received no intervention.Based on the measurement results of the resistance level of junior high school students,combined with the psychological development characteristics of junior high school students,a set of intervention plans for the resistance level of junior high school students was designed with reference to "ACT Is That Simple" and other materials,and finally formed "Accepting Commitment,Resisting Adversity Growth" A series of group counseling programs.Immediately after the group tutoring,post-tests were conducted on the students in the experimental group and the control group,and finally the data were statistically analyzed,and the following conclusions were drawn:First,the overall level of resilience of students in a middle school in Xiqing District is higher than the average score,showing a positive skewed distribution.Overall levels of resilience were not significantly different with respect to demographic variables.However,there were significant differences in demographic variables across the dimensions of resilience.Among them,male and female students' resilience levels are significantly different in the dimensions of self-esteem and autonomy.Second,it is theoretically feasible for ACT group counseling to intervene in the resilience level of junior high school students.Third,this study adopts the group counseling program designed by ACT technology,which has certain practicality and effectiveness in improving the resistance level of junior high school students.
