Higher vocational education has the primary purpose of cultivating high-quality,high-quality professional and technical talents,and it occupies an important position as general education.Classroom teaching is the main position of talent training in higher vocational education.With the rapid development of information technology and the continuous changes in the teaching and learning environment,classroom teaching in higher vocational education is constantly developing and progressing under such impact.The study of classroom teaching in higher vocational education plays an important role in improving the level of classroom teaching in higher vocational schools and cultivating high-level,cutting-edge,and specialized talents who adapt to social development plays an important role.When reviewing the relevant literature,the author found that the study of classroom teaching behavior is basically concentrated in the field of basic education,and the research involving classroom teaching in higher vocational schools is relatively scarce.What is the interaction of classroom teaching behavior in higher vocational colleges,what are the typical behavior sequence,and how to improve the level of higher vocational classroom teaching.It’s worth to study.In response to these problems,this article based on the existing classroom video analysis coding,combined with the characteristics of classroom teaching in vocational colleges,improved the existing teacher-student interaction behavior coding,and constructed a classroom teacher-student interaction analysis system.And select 24 ministerial-level higher vocational classroom teaching award-winning works as the research object,use the compiled analysis system,comprehensively use the video analysis method,the system observation method and the lag sequence analysis method.On the one hand,this paper makes an overall analysis of high quality courses in higher vocational colleges and discusses the specific situations of classroom verbal interaction,technical interaction and operational interaction;on the other hand,it divides higher vocational courses according to their types and describes their typical behavior sequences respectively.Research on the analysis of higher vocational classroom teaching shows:(1)on the whole,teachers in higher vocational classrooms are mostly in a dominant position,and teacher behavior dominates classroom teaching.(2)In terms of verbal interaction:Although knowledge transfer is still the primary purpose of classroom teaching,teachers have turned more to the role of guide and classroom organizer.Teachers are good at teaching students heuristically,asking open questions to stimulate students’ thinking and cultivating their divergent thinking ability.Teachers’ questions are mainly open behavior questions,but students take the initiative to ask fewer questions.The classroom teaching of higher vocational colleges pays attention to the cooperation and exchange among students,and carries out various activities to promote the exchange and cooperative learning.(3)In terms of technical interaction,teachers and students use the learning platform as the main point of communication.(4)With the most interactive simulation operations,academic analysis and feedback evaluation.In addition,the research results of behavior sequences show that there are the following significant behavior sequences in the classroom teaching process of higher vocational education:(1)the behavior sequence based on question and response,(2)the behavior sequence based on feedback evaluation,(3)the behavior sequence based on teacher instructions,(4)and the behavior sequence based on operation of equipment.In view of the results of classroom teaching behavior analysis and behavior sequences analysis,in order to reflect the higher vocational classroom teaching problems.Starting from the actual situation,the author puts forward five strategies around classroom teaching in higher vocational schools to improve the level of higher vocational classroom teaching and meet students’ requirements for higher vocational classroom teaching:(1)Improve teachers’questioning skills;(2)Cultivate students’problem awareness;(3)Carry out interesting classroom activities;(4)Assistant information technology classroom;(5)Strengthen classroom practice operations.
