The research and analysis by combing the literature found in the theoretical and practical aspects of classroom instructional behavior video analysis are studied. This paper mainly uses interviews and case studies and other methods, use of two tools:NVivo software and classroom instructional behavio coding system to analysis teacher’s classroom behavior video which conclude teacher behavior, student behavior, quiet and analysis techniques, through processing and analysis of quantitative research data on cases of teachers’classroom behavior gives detailed diagnostic reports, the diagnostic report includes teaching behavior, student behavior, silence, technical problems in four areas of analysis and of these problems analyze the reasons. According to the diagnostic report, combined with the cases of teachers and teaching and research activities was held, this study puts forward a number of suggestions for improving classroom teacher case behavior.Through data analysis and interview data, this study draws some conclusions on four aspects which are behavior of teachers, student behavior, silence, technical, these conclusions are reflected in the case of objective classroom instructional behavior, the conclusions are identifify by teachers, including teaching and research staffs. This research methods and research tools for the evaluation of the role of teachers get recognized in the school, which provide a reference model for diversified school education evaluation mechanisms.Due to the limited time of this study, this study appear for the case of teachers in the classroom behavior problems a lot of suggestions, but the effect of these proposals need to go through several rounds of testing.
