Key Competencies is the core ability accomplishment that can adapt to social needs and self-development.Its emergence puts forward new requirements for deepening the all-around educational reform and promoting the quality education,and has also become the focus of discussion and research in the field of education.At present,the framework for the development of key competencies of Chinese students has been proposed,which has pointed out the direction for the cultivation of key competencies teaching.However,in order to truly implement the development of students' key competencies,we need to start from key competencies of the specific subject,and gradually guide and form students'quality ability through classroom teaching.Therefore,the paper makes a thorough study which the current research situation of key competencies and the analysis method of classroom behavior on the basis of consulting and analyzing the relevant literature.By constructing the analysis model and the index system of classroom behavior oriented to training key competencies,and taking excellent instructional videos at provincial level of senior high school Chinese as an example,the paper analyses classroom behavior through video and coding technology,which explores the teaching situation of Chinese key competencies in four dimensions:language construction and application,thinking development and promotion,aesthetic appreciation and creation,cultural inheritance and understanding.It provides practical experience for teachers to evaluate and optimize teaching.The main research results are as follows:Firstly,according to the theoretical guidance of classroom behavior analysis model and the development needs of classroom subjects,the paper proposes a classroom behavior analysis model that oriented to training key competencies.Starting from the top-level design of classroom observation subject,this model decomposes the objective requirements of discipline key competencies,diagnoses and analyses classroom behavior through quantitative results,and provides an evaluation path for the development of teachers' professional skills,students' core literacy and the value of discipline education.Secondly,under the guidance of this model,aiming at the deficiencies of FIAS interactive analysis system,this paper designs a class behavior coding table which meets the current teaching needs.According to the sequence meaning of the behavior relations in the class behavior coding table,the index system of behavior order under each dimension of the key competencies of Chinese subject is established with the teacher's behavior as the guide.Through the analysis of specific classroom teaching videos,it is found that the construction and application of students' language and cultural inheritance and understanding of these two literacy abilities in the classroom have a greater space for development,and mainly in the language practice and demonstration activities carried out by teachers gradually formed.Finally,in order to further optimize and implement the classroom teaching oriented to key competencies cultivation,this paper summarizes the general process of video analysis technology in teaching application,and investigates the current situation of classroom teaching for high school teachers to cultivate key competencies,in order to help teachers effectively handle and use teaching information to improve teaching.According to the results of the survey,teachers can cultivate students' key competencies by making teaching designs that meet the requirements of subject literacy,participating in student discussions,creating interactive situations between teachers and students,and using media aids.
