The Management System And References Of Family Child Care Services In Canada

The good child care is a great project related to the quality of nationals’ quality,national economic development,and the harmonious development of people’s livelihood and society in China.High-quality,diverse and affordable child care that can benefit every single family are necessary to stimulate the willingness of the right-age population to give birth,release the market vitality and reserve demographic dividends.Family child care have the characteristics of continuity,diversification,flexibility and convenience.High-quality family child care services play an important role in solving the above-mentioned people’s livelihood dilemmas.However,in most areas of my country,the quality of child care is uneven,the total supply and demand,and types are unbalanced,the management system is not sound and mature enough.The management of family child care is not standardized enough,and its research is also relatively scarce in China.Analyzing the public governance model of Canadian family child care approved by licensed family child care agencies and the management model that the family child care is licensed by the government will help our country absorb the experience of family child care management construction in Canada.This research focused on the management system of family child care in Canada,analyzed the management system of Canadian family child care using literature analysis and comparative research methods,summarized its characteristics,and provided references for the development of family child care services in China.The full text was divided into four parts:the first part reviewed the development of Canadian family child care and its management in different historical periods,explaining the changes in the management role of the federal government and the development of Canadian family child care;the second part was about the analysis of the family child care management system in Canada,dissecting the management objectives,organizational structure,organizational structure,institutional functions,and management methods of the management system;compared the management institutions and responsibilities of the two management methods horizontally,and outlined the differences in the management institutions of family child care between territories and provinces;the third part analyzed the features of the its management system;the fourth part present the enlightenment for the development of family child care in our country.
