The Research On Solutions To The The Problems Existing In The Job Of Combining Child Care With Education Together And Its Administration Of Kindergartens In Xincheng District

Combining clild care with education together is one of main characteristics in preschool education in China as well as a principle that Kingdergartens always stick to . "Kindergarten job directive rules" points out : "the task of kindergarten is to perform the principle of combining clild care with education together and implement the all-round development education to children in morals, wisdom,the body etc,in order to promote childre's."Becsides ,the nature of kindergarten decides that Kinder- garten shoald be the combination of child care and education and none can be clispensed with.The job of child care and education as well as its administration will influence the effect of children's all-round development .The characteristics of clildren's physical and mental development as well as parents' expetations require high levels of the job of clile care and education .So standerel administration of clild care and education is of great importance ;besides,scientific and reas on able administration of clild care and education also guarantees children's all-round development. In order to achieve the fixed gool of the administration of child care and education ,first of all ,it is necessary to establish effective administration strategy .Then,enable airectors,teachers and child -care workers to further consider and practice the advanced idea of child care and education Carry out the job of combining child care with education together creatively in the relaxing humanity enuironment of administration in order to achieve the best effect of combining child care with education together and serve the childre's all-round development.After years of learning "Kindergarten education guides outline "and years of practicing the reformed new course ,the job of combining clild care and education together as well as its administration has made great progress.Besides,teachers' teaching ideas have changed a lot which is really satisfying In other words,we have achieved some achieuements in kindergarten combining child care with education together from the very beginning. Howecce people' s understanding about the kindergarten child care and education has been simple,especially people have paial less attention to the importance of the principle of the combining child care with education together, which leads to some problems in administration of child care and education. What's more, from the need of children's development in modern souiety, the incompletion and limition of it have been revealed. As a result ,it has been an urgent requirement for furthering education reform to establish modern,all-round teaching idea of combining child care with education to gether for the present kindergartens.I have categorized some related research about Kindergarten combining child care with eduction together from home and abroad and mode further research on the job of Kindergarten child care and education and its admibistration in Xincheng District by ucing some research methlools , such as :reading documents,cloing inuestigation, making interviews and observing cases. This resesrch is baseel on several relateel documents and some further research after being admitted to some kindergartens. I have analyzed the causes of the problems carefully and categorized them. So in this paper, there are also some solutions to those problems from the angle of administration of a kindergarten.In recent years , some achieuements have been achieved in kindergarten child care and education in Xinchen District: firstly, child-Care workers have learnt about the idea of combining child care with education together and the idea has been paid more attention to ; secondly ,rules and regulations are more complete and the administration of child care and education works orderty; thirdly ,the quality of child -care workers has been improued improued and the effects of training had appeared .After being admitted to some kindergartens and observing the real work situations of teachers and child-care workers ,I have learnt the reality of the administration of child care and education in details by using investation and interview. Then I kept an account of what I have observed and sum them up into some cases, which reflect some problems existing in kindergarten child care and education and its administration in Xincheng District ,that is ,firstly ,there exist drops in level between the ideas and actions of the combining child care with education together; secondly,the child-care workers' qualith should be improued ;education should be more scientific; fourthly,people pay more attention to child education but less to child care ,After analysis of those problems, I put forwand some suggestions on strengthening the combining child care with education together about kindergartens in Firstly, change ideas about child care with education together about kindergartens in District Firstly, change ideds about child care and education and reinforece the kindergarten administ ration formulatin;secondly,adjust meaagement ideas and improue the pratice of job of combining childcare and education and its administration;thirdly,establish and improue the special field code of ethics.
