Research On The Development Of Beijing Competition Area Of China Small Basketball League

In order to ensure the long-term and stable development of Beijing area of China Small Basketball League,this paper mainly analyzes the development of Beijing area of China Small Basketball League through the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,field observation,mathematical statistics and PEST analysis,finds out the problems in the development process,and gives the corresponding countermeasures.The conclusions are as follows:1.Through PEST analysis of the macro environment for the development of China Small Basketball League in Beijing,it is concluded that the development of Beijing area has a good policy environment,economic environment,social environment and technical environment.2.After two years of development,the number of secondary competition areas and the number of participants in the Beijing competition area of China Small Basketball League increased greatly.The match funds of the league matches come from the national sports lottery fund,and the league matches have corresponding guarantee measures for the match system,risk prevention and control,rules,site facilities and scientific research,but there are still many problems.Among all the teams,the number of social basketball training institutions is more than that of schools,and the number of male players is far more than that of female players.3.At present,there are some problems in China Small Basketball League: the organizational level,ability and quality of provincial preliminary matches need to be improved;the combination of sports and teaching is not deep enough,and no link and bridge has been formed;the selection of equipment in teaching and training has not formed a unified standard,and the utilization rate of related equipment is low;the training standardization of coaches and referees is not enough;the arena civilization needs to be improved;the professional level of Small Basketball League is relatively weak;league operation lack of sponsors;Small basketball players promotion mechanism is not perfect.4.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures: strengthening the competition system of the Small Basketball League,improving the quality of the competition in Beijing;seeking policy guidance,deepening cooperation with the school;speeding up the formulation of various standards,making the small basketball sports tend to be standardized;improving the training system of the small basketball sports,standardizing the training forms of coaches and referees;strengthening the management of the spectators,forming to establish a good atmosphere for watching the game;building a scientific research system for small basketball projects,training small basketball professionals;continuing to improve the promotion system for small basketball projects;improving the promotion system for small basketball players.
