| With the entry of rock climbing be approved into the Olympics,country’s rock climbing has entered a stage of rapid development.At the same time,it has received strong support from the government and relevant departments.However,rock climbing is still an emerging sport in my country,and its teachers are relatively scarce.High-risk sports have higher requirements for the qualifications of practitioners.As the promoters of rock climbing and the professor of skills,in order to ensure the safety of rock climbers and promote the healthy development of rock climbing in our country,it is of great significance to investigate and analyze the current situation of my country’s rock climbing club coaches.This article takes the current situation of rock climbing club coaches as the research object,and conducts questionnaire surveys on rock climbing club coaches,managers,and members through literature method,survey method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,and organizes the data according to the survey results.Analyze the current situation of coaches in rock climbing clubs.Provide theoretical advice for climbing club coaches to continuously improve their professional capabilities;provide reference for those who are willing to join the career of climbing coaches in the future;play a certain role in promoting the safe and rapid development of climbing sports in the country.This research investigates and analyzes the current situation of coaches in rock climbing clubs.The content includes three aspects:the basic situation of coaches in their careers,their ability to work,and their attitudes to work.The conclusions of the survey are:the ratio of male to female coaches in climbing clubs is 79:21,which is quite different;66.88%are 18-25 years old,which is younger;the type of work is mainly full-time;the academic background is undergraduate.Sports are the main ones;a small number of coaches have not obtained any climbing-related qualification certificates;the working hours are longer than those stipulated in our country;the work content is mainly teaching.The most important part of the climbing club’ s professional competence indicators is the ability to explain and demonstrate content.The managers believe that the coach’s communicative and communication skills,the development and innovation capabilities of climbing courses,and the self-learning capabilities in the professional competence should be focused on improvement;members believe that it is definite.Line ability,sports professional related knowledge should focus on improvement.In response to the findings of this survey,the following suggestions are made:(1)Rock climbing club coaches should take the relevant qualification certificate before entering the industry.The relevant training department should appropriately increase the cultivation of female rock climbers and pay attention to the gradient construction of the coaches’age structure.Climbing club managers can regularly organize trainers to conduct relevant training and learning.(2)For those who intend to engage in rock climbing club coaches,they should pay attention to the ability to explain and demonstrate climbing content,the ability to correct rock climbers’wrong actions,the ability to identify and avoid risks in climbing,professional theoretical knowledge of rock climbing,and professional ethics.The cultivation of quality,these five abilities are particularly important for coaches engaged in climbing clubs.(3)At this stage,the rock climbing club coaches should improve their communication skills,independent learning ability,the development and innovation ability of rock climbing courses,the ability to set lines,and related knowledge of sports.(4)The rock climbing club can appropriately adjust the salary and work intensity,and pay attention to the spiritual gains of the coaches and the team atmosphere.Relevant departments should actively promote rock climbing through various channels to ensure the sustainable development of rock climbing. |
