| The 21st century is an era of internationalization and information technology,with both opportunities and challenges.The requirement of the society for the quality of talents is no longer just to master knowledge,nor to master some skills,but to have good social adaptability.College Students’ social adaptability refers to the sum of relatively stable characteristics of college students in the process of individual socialization,which includes handling peer relationship,self-management skills,learning skills diagnosis,obedience skills diagnosis,expression of will skills,etc.Good social adaptability can enhance personal self-confidence,enhance self social competitiveness,and make people play a good role in the future social life.The cultivation of College Students’ social adaptability has been carried out in the courses of higher education,especially in sports psychology and other sports disciplines.As an effective way,outward bound training is popular,which attracts many college students’ active participation with its charm.The outward bound training is a kind of activity which uses the form of different scenes and games to stimulate,stress and strain the physical,mental and will of people in the environment.It is a typical experiential and interactive learning.Compared with the traditional sports games,it has richer content,more flexible organization and implementation,more attention to students’ physical and mental experience and spiritual perception,which can promote students’ subjectivity and personality to be more respected and exercised.Based on the theory of nine types of personality,this study has a comprehensive understanding of the social adaptability of college students with different personality through classification,and then introduces the quality expansion into the physical education curriculum teaching,taking 144 students of Liaoning University of engineering and technology as the research object(72 in the experimental group,8 in each personality;72 in the control group,8 in each personality),and adapts the quality expansion to the social adaptability of college students with different personality Ability to conduct experimental research.The conclusion is as follows:1.Quality development plays a unique and significant role in improving and promoting college students’ social adaptability.Among them,college students who participate in quality development have made significant changes in five aspects:dealing with peer relationship skills,self-management skills,learning skills diagnosis,obeying skills diagnosis and expressing willingness skills(P<0.01).2.After the experiment,there are significant changes in the experimental group and the control group of the perfect personality college students in the following skills diagnosis;there are significant changes in self-management skills and learning skills diagnosis of the helping personality college students;there are significant changes in the processing of peer relationship and the expression of will skills of the achievement personality college students;there are significant changes in the expression of will skills of the self personality college students There are significant changes in the aspects of face;there are significant changes in the expression of will of doubting personality college students;there are significant changes in the diagnosis of learning skills of active personality college students;there are only significant differences in the total scores of rational personality college students,leader personality college students and peace personality college students. |
