American College Students And Social Adaptability Culture Studies

The social adaptability of college students is a comprehensive ability that for college student living in campus and going into the social. It mainly consists of ability of learning, communication with others, mantel adaptation and working. The paper introduces how to cultivate the social adaptability of college students in American universities from three aspect– theory basis, knowledge and activity, analyzes the features of social adaptability training for college students in American universities and then bases on the American experience, summarizes the methods how to cultivate the social adaptability of college students in Chinese universities according to the condition of Chinese country. We hope that it can be helpful to improve the social adaptability of college students, promote the college students to adapt to college campus life and social role, ease the difficult problem of employment problems of university graduates and improve employment ride of college students.
