The application of ARTIFICIAL intelligence in the field of education has solved a major pain point in current wisdom education and provided a more scientific possibility for "teaching students according to their aptitude".Artificial intelligence education has promoted the upgrading of education industry.However,as a new thing,artificial intelligence education is in the rapid growth stage of the industry,and the public’s familiarity and recognition of artificial intelligence education are still at a low level.As the first artificial intelligence after-class tutoring and training institution in Lanzhou area,Gansu Zhiadaption Education Company is facing many problems in marketing strategy.In the face of fierce market competition,how to use their own advantages,seize market opportunities,so as to occupy a place in the primary and secondary school extracurricular training market,is imminent.This paper conducts a special research on the marketing strategy of The artificial intelligence K12 extracurricular training business of Gansu Zhiadaption Education Company.This paper first USES the way of interview and market survey,through the analysis of the marketing status of Gansu intellectual adaptation education company,the existing problems and reasons in the enterprise’s current marketing strategy to diagnose.Secondly,the PEST,Porter’s five Forces model and SWOT analysis method are used to analyze the internal and external environment faced by Gansu Zhiadaption Education Company.Finally,using the 7Ps service marketing theory,from the seven dimensions of product,price,channel,promotion,personnel,physical display and process,this paper puts forward the marketing optimization strategy of Gansu Zhiadaptive Education Company,and puts forward the guarantee measures and riskprevention and control measures for the smooth implementation of marketing strategy.The research results of this paper can provide practical help for the optimization of the marketing strategy of Gansu Intelligent Adaptation Education Company’s ARTIFICIAL intelligence K12 extracurricular training business,and provide reference and reference for other artificial intelligence education institutions to carry out marketing.
