Vocational education has risen to the height of national strategy,but because our country attaches more importance to academic education and other cultural reasons,vocational education has to face many historical problems,vocational education is in an era of challenges and opportunities.In the face of the present situation of insufficient development,only by breaking through the search for innovation can we draw up a grand blueprint for vocational education.In such an industry background,ZJJY Company,as a vocational education practitioner,in order to obtain long-term development,based on its own characteristics,in the complex and changeable competitive environment to maintain competitive advantage and new development opportunities.Based on the theory of marketing strategy,this paper studies the marketing strategy of ZJJY Company,which is deeply cultivated in Guangxi vocational education.First of all,the marketing of foreign educational enterprises,domestic vocational education marketing literature review;Then,the external environment and internal situation of ZJJY company are analyzed and evaluated,and then the advantages,disadvantages and existing problems of the company are obtained.Finally,the target market and position are obtained through STP strategy,and then the marketing strategy that ZJJY company should choose is deduced step by step according to the order of company strategy,business strategy and function strategy.And through the two theoretical models of service marketing and brand marketing,this paper analyzes and concludes that ZJJY company should adopt the corresponding marketing mix scheme in cooperation marketing strategy.Through the research of this paper,it can effectively assist ZJJY company to establish scientific marketing strategy model and management means,and can use modern management theory to solve all kinds of problems in marketing.It is beneficial for ZJJY to gain more competitive advantage in the future vocational education market.
