| At present,China’s economic development has entered a new normal,and in the wave of economic globalization,we are also facing many challenges.Especially with the proposal and implementation of made in China 2025 national strategy,the transformation and upgrading of domestic industrial structure also needs more and more new skilled talents.In order to meet the needs of the whole society for high-quality and high skilled talents,both the central and local governments have increased the efforts to cultivate skilled personnel,and the importance and urgency of improving the technical level of skilled workers,especially the proportion of skilled personnel,has become increasingly apparent.In this context,in order to promote employment oriented and improve the professional quality of skilled workers,the relevant departments of Z City municipal and district governments have successively launched policies to strengthen vocational skills training.However,the human resources and Social Security Bureau,as the competent department,has encountered many new problems in the implementation and supervision process of vocational skills training policy,and is facing a series of new challenges.How to improve the current situation of vocational skills training in D District through the improvement of management strategies has become the main problem faced by D District human resources and Social Security Bureau.Based on the introduction and analysis of the relevant theories of vocational training,the historical evolution of vocational training in China and the successful experience of vocational training in developed countries,this paper deeply discusses the current management situation of vocational training in D District human resources and Social Security Bureau,focusing on the slow development of resources,the traditional training mode and the government public service in the process of vocational training management Lack of platform and other issues.Through the deep-seated attribution analysis of these problems,this paper puts forward that the human resources and Social Security Bureau of D District should optimize and improve the level of institutional training,the establishment of school enterprise cooperation mode,and the improvement of government public service platform.At the same time,this paper puts forward that D District human resources and social security bureau should update the concept of talents,improve the vocational qualification certification system,and improve the vocational skills training policy system.Therefore,the study of this paper has certain reference and guiding significance to further improve the effect of enterprise employees’ vocational skills training by human resources and Social Security Bureau of D District. |
