With the rapid development of economy and the continuous progress of science and technology,the demand for talents is increasing day by day.As an important part of talent training and development in Changchun,vocational skills training has been contributing to the improvement of the pre-service and post skills of enterprise workers and the employability and employment opportunities of key social groups stipulated by the policy.But in the current,as the economic situation,the employment situation and government management mode changes,vocational skills training institutions from all walks of life set up continuously,the demand for vocational training type and the training content gradually widely,diversification,and result in Changchun vocational skills training management system cannot cope with the existing vocational skills training of the new situation,new challenges,contradictions and problems of the management of the more prominent: a vocational skills training management of the existing legal policy can not meet the current requirements of training work;Second,the supervision of vocational skills training institutions is not enough;Third,there is a blind spot in the management of trainees;Fourthly,the management mode of vocational skills training in Changchun is transferring from the simple offline management mode to the online and offline dual management mode,and a lot of problems need to be solved during the transition.Combined with the theoretical research and advanced experience of vocational skills training management in China and other countries,combined with the actual work,this thesis studies the problems and countermeasures of vocational skills training management in Changchun.Firstly,the concept of vocational skills training is defined and the theoretical basis of this thesis is put forward.Secondly,the current situation of vocational skills training management in Changchun is analyzed to find out the problems existing in policies and regulations,management of training institutions,management of trainees,management departments and management systems of vocational skills training.Finally,give reasonable suggestions to the vocational skills training management in Changchun work: firstly,consummates the policy rules and regulations,Secondly,strengthens the supervision of training institutions,thirdly strengthens the management of trainees,fourthly puts forward the proposal to the management department,finally give suggestions to the development of online management system,hope this thesis can provide the feasible reference to the vocational skills training management in Changchun and other areas for the future.
