University-enterprise cooperation, is the vocational and technicalschools to seek development, implementation, and the enterprise, market, animportant approach for fostering applied technological talents, its purpose is to let thestudent to the theoretical knowledge of the school and the organic combination ofenterprise’s skill and knowledge, let the school and enterprise both sides realize theeducation resource sharing, mutual talent of education high quality, high level oftechnology. But in most of the secondary vocational schools promoteuniversity-enterprise cooperation skill personnel training mode in the process ofimplementation, the cultivation of student’s professional skill effect is not ideal, notproducing the talent can meet the demand of enterprise skills。This article in view of the current in the secondary vocational schools, theproblems that exist in the concrete implementation of university-enterprisecooperation process, USES the questionnaire survey method, interview method, casemethod and other methods, university-enterprise cooperation Y to PI countyvocational schools, vocational skills training, analyzing the present situationinvestigation to find in university-enterprise cooperation of students in vocationalschools, vocational skills training problems and reason, and further put forward thefeasible improvement strategy.This article is divided into four parts. The first part is "introduction", mainlyincluding selected topic background and significance, research questions, mainconcept definition, research status in home and abroad, research contents, researchideas and methods. Y in the second part is "PI county vocational technical schoolvocational skills training status quo university-enterprise cooperation", the main research content for the Y vocational school model implementation introductions,university-enterprise cooperation in running schools, strategy and effects. Focus onprofessional printing technology, for example, from the curriculum systemconstruction, curriculum reform, teacher team construction, base construction ofuniversity-enterprise cooperation pattern four aspects of the implementation of thestrategy and good results and existing problems are summarized. The third part is"university-enterprise cooperation mode in the problems that exist in the vocationalskills training", Y based on PI county vocational technical school studentsquestionnaire survey, in the situation from the students professional skills certificate,the situation of students’ skills level, and students’ employment, security and otheraspects the university-enterprise cooperation in vocational skills training in question.Even if it is just a case study in this paper, but it has a certain universality, at leastfor university-enterprise cooperation development and intermediate stage of the ruralsecondary schools have a certain reference value, for the better promoteuniversity-enterprise cooperation in vocational schools, the depth of development,producing the talent can meet the demand of enterprise’s practical skills have certainpractical significance.
