The morning exercises carried out in the kindergarten are an important part of physical activity and an indispensable part of a child ’s daily life.The suitability of exercise intensity in morning exercises determines the effectiveness of morning exercises on children’s physical exercise.In the morning exercises,the exercise intensity is too low to exercise the body;if the exercise intensity is too large,it is easy to produce sports fatigue and affect the children’s participation in the next link.So how much exercise intensity is most suitable for morning exercises? What other factors will affect the exercise intensity of morning exercises? At present,there is a lack of theoretical research on the exercise intensity of morning exercises.The judgment of the suitability of the exercise intensity of the morning exercises in various kindergartens is only at the individual subjective level.There is a lack of objective and scientific understanding of the specific exercise intensity of morning exercises.This study takes the exercise intensity of morning exercises in large-scale kindergartens as the research object,and studies the factors that affect the exercise intensity of morning exercises.This research mainly uses measurement method,mathematical statistics method,observation method and interview method to understand the development of morning exercises in large classes from the perspectives of morning exercise structure,morning exercise heart rate,and morning exercise music;for the situation of morning exercise activities,the author analyzes the impact of morning exercise activities The internal and external causes of exercise intensity are as follows: First,the design of morning exercises needs to be optimized;second,the way of organization is random;third,the lack of specialization of teachers;fourth,the despise of nursery managers.The main internal causes are:differences in children’s own gender and physical conditions,different personal ability development,different personality preferences and lack of autonomy.In order to effectively solve the problems that affect the exercise intensity of morning exercises,the author proposes the following suggestions from the perspective of teachers and kindergartens: First,teachers should improve their knowledge reserves and aim at lifelong learning;correctly recognize that children are the masters of morning exercises,and create suitable for children Morning exercise activities;correct attitude to morning exercise activities and use diversified methods to increase children ’s interest in participating in morning exercise activities;second,kindergartens should strengthen their attention to morning exercise activities from knowledge and practice;actively encourage front-line teachers to participate in training to improve their own level And establish and improve the quality evaluation system of morning exercises to improve the quality of morning exercises.
