At present,the mental health status of prisoners in our country is generally depression,compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity and other problems,if these psychological problems are not alleviated,the ideological reform is not thorough,extremely easy to integrate into society after release,and more easily lead to recidivism.The special group of prisoners is related to the construction of legal economy,social economic governance,the maintenance of social order,social prosperity and stability and development.With the healthy development of prison work in China,the improvement of prison punishment,the humanization of prison administration,the prison service is " punishment and reform ".the ultimate goal is to help prisoners establish a correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.The innovation of psychological counseling,group therapy and other activities is the exploration of how prisons help prisoners to further reform the road.In response to the plan of " health China 2030 ",promote the key crowd sports,formulate and implement the physical health intervention plan of ordinary people and special groups.In this paper,with the different intensity of running exercise intervention as a means,trying to prove that sports can have a positive impact on the mental health of prisoners,help prisoners reform,and different intensity of running exercise is different,the appropriate sports intensity can produce the best results.In this study,PSQI,SDS and SAD were selected as evaluation tools,and the methods of literature review,expert interview,psychological measurement,experiment and mathematical statistics were used.A total of sixty subjects were randomly selected from a prison in Anhui,divided into three experimental groups and a control group,each group of fifteen people.Based on physical examination score,three groups of experimentalgroup were high,medium and low intensity of running exercise intervention,the control group without any Intervention.After eight weeks of experiment,the data were analyzed by SPSS17.0.The experimental results show that:(1)the mental health level of male prisoners is lower than that of normal persons,there are some bad psychology,such as sleep disorder,depression,social avoidance and distress,and have different degrees of symptoms.(2)The effect of moderate intensity running exercise on improving sleep quality was most remarkable,and it significantly improved the sleep quality,falling asleep time,sleep time,day dysfunction and sleep time factor of male prisoners;It has significant effect on alleviating the depression mentality of male prisoners;It has a positive effect on the avoidance and distress mentality of male prisoners.The effect of high intensity running exercise improved the level of sleep quality,which has obvious positive effect on the sleep quality,falling asleep time,sleep disorder and daytime dysfunction factor of male prisoners;It can effectively improve the depression of male prisoners,but the effect is less than the middle intensity exercise;It has good effect on male prisoners' social avoidance and distress psychology.(3)running exercise can be used as an effective means of exercise intervention to improve the mental health status of prisoners and to eliminate the bad psychology of prisoners.According to the characteristics of the psychological problems of prisoners,choose the appropriate sports intensity,so that the goal of sports to enhance the physical and mental health of prisoners.
