The Research Of The Effects Of Kickboxing On Self-Efficacy And Physical Quality Of Primary School Students | | Posted on:2021-10-08 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:J Y Shen | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2507306461461044 | Subject:Master of Physical Education | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | In recent years,the aerobics competition for primary and middle school students in Zhejiang Province has continued to develop.In addition to gymnastics,which is mainly based on competitive competitions,aerobic aerobics,children’s hip-hop,and low-level pedal exercises have gradually entered the school.In this study,putting martial arts into physical education classrooms and ordinary physical education courses for experimental teaching,to explore the impact of martial arts learning on the self-efficacy and physical fitness of primary school students,it has reference significance for the introduction of martial arts in primary school physical education.The experimental period of this study is 10 weeks,three courses per week.The content of the experimental class is a special warm-up and complete set of Qiutong combat training.The control class conducts general physical education courses,mainly including ball games and track and field.Adopt literature information method,experiment method,questionnaire statistics method,mathematical statistics method,logic analysis method.The teaching experiment is mainly carried out from two aspects:the impact of kickboxing on pupils ’self-efficacy and the impact of kickboxing on pupils’ physical fitness.After the experiment,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Combat gymnastics and general physical education teaching can promote the 50-meter fast running of primary school students,and there is a significant difference in the improvement of the results before and afterthe experimental class.(2)Combat gymnastics and general physical education can promote primary students to skip rope in one minute.The progress of the control class is slightly greater than that of the experimental class.There is no significant difference between the two classes after the experiment,and there is no significant difference between the class itself before and after the experiment.(3)Combat gymnastics and general physical education have a positive effect on one-minute sit-ups for primary school students.There is no significant difference between the two classes before and after the experiment.The progress of the experimental class is greater than that of the control class.(4)Combat gymnastics and general physical education teaching can improve the pupils ’50*8 round-trip running performance.There is no significant difference between the two classes after the experiment,but there is a significant difference in the performance of the class before the experiment.It is 2.36±0.48 seconds,and the increase of the control class is 1.05±0.08 seconds.(5)Combat gymnastics and general physical education can promote the flexion of primary school students.The progress of the experimental class is slightly larger than that of the control class,and there are significant differences between the two classes after the experiment and before the experiment.(6)Boxing exercises can improve the self-efficacy of primary school students.The results of the control class are not much different before and after the experiment,and the results of the experimental class are improved,but they are not much different from those before the experiment. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Primary school students, Kickboxing, Self-efficacy, Physical fitness | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
