Object:Health fitness is contemporary popular a kind of new concept of health,has attracted high attention of experts and scholars both at home and abroad,and adopts the health fitness evaluation method of effective assessment of the level of the body and health.Baseball is emerging sports in our country,the sports value is appropriate for the development of contemporary society,whether for college students improve physical health,life and learning efficiency,about baseball on children health related thesis study also relatively small.This paper attempts to cultivate physical and mental health and high-quality talents from the school as the breakthrough point,to baseball as a kind of teaching method,to discuss baseball influence on elementary school students health fitness,the effect of exercise to explore for baseball,good physical education for primary school students,improve physical training interest,improve and enhance the elementary student's physical quality and fitness level.Methods:This study USES the literature data method to analyze the influence of baseball game on the fitness of primary school students,and provides theoretical basis for later experimental research.Through to quiet heart rate before and after the experiment,50 m * 8 running back and forth,vital capacity,softball,standing long jump,grip strength in succession,crook proneness,height,body weight,body mass index(BMI)as reference indexes,such as through mathematical statistics on the parameters of the teaching experiment research before and after statistical analysis and research.Twenty weeks of physical education were selected for 20 weeks of physical education,and 20 weeks of extracurricular interest in baseball was set up as a control group.Another 20 boys were given a 20-week baseball game,taught three times a week by the same teacher,two activity classes,three baseball lessons,and a baseball team.PE and activity classes are 45 minutes/time,and the baseball class is 60 minutes/time.The intensity control of the curriculum is controlled by artificial touch of the radial artery,and the heart rate is controlled at 120--150 beats per minute.Result:After 20 weeks of baseball training:(1)body composition: there was no significant change in body mass index(BMI)of primary school students,height(P < 0.05)and weight(P < 0.01).(2)cardiopulmonary fitness: primary lung capacity(P < 0.05),50 m * 8 round-trip(P < 0.01)and quiet heart rate(P < 0.01)were significantly changed.(3)muscle fitness: primary school students' long jump(P < 0.01),softball(P < 0.01)and grip force(P < 0.01)have significant changes.(4)flexibility and fitness: no obvious improvement in the pre-position of primary school students.After 20 weeks of baseball training,the baseball team compared to the control group:(1)body composition: there was no significant change in body mass index(BMI),height and weight of primary school students.(2)cardiopulmonary fitness: primary lung capacity(P < 0.05)and 50 m * 8(P < 0.05)showed significant changes,while the quiet heart rate was unchanged.(3)muscle fitness: primary school students have a significant change in the long jump(P < 0.05),softball(P < 0.01)and grip strength(P < 0.05).(4)flexibility and fitness: no obvious improvement in the pre-position of primary school students.Conclusions:(1)20 weeks of baseball teaching can improve the cardiorespiratory fitness of primary school students.(2)20 weeks of baseball teaching can improve the muscle fitness of primary school students.
