The purpose of the study:In this study,the students in grade three of new cross primary school in Huaiyin District of Huaian were trained in different sports for 12 weeks,and the influence of different sports on the physique of primary school students was observed.To explore a reasonable and effective method of exercise,so as to better guide the students to exercise scientifically,promote the body shape,function and quality of comprehensive development,enhance physical fitness,to provide theoretical and experimental basis.Methods:This paper selects Huaiyin District of Huaian City,the new primary school to the third grade five classes of students as the experimental object,a class for the Badminton Class(26 boys and 27 girls),two class football class(25 boys and 25 girls),class three for skipping classes(26 boys and 25 girls)the four class for dance class(25 boys and 28 girls),class five is the control class(27 boys and 26 girls).Physical examination was conducted on students to observe the influence of different sports on three aspects: body shape,physical function and physical quality.The body shape mainly includes: height,weight and circumference;body function mainly includes: the quiet heart rate,vital capacity,step index;physical quality mainly includes: sit and reach,50 meters,standing long jump,grip.After the test,for 12 weeks of special training,one to four classes,in addition to the usual regular courses,special exercises 5 days a week,12 minutes a day for 35 weeks,five classes only completed regular physical education courses.After the experimental training,second physical tests were conducted,and the contents of the test were consistent with that of the special training experiment.Mathematical statistics,comparative analysis of different sports on the physique of grade three primary school students.Results:(1)body shape: after 12 weeks of special training,the height,weight and chest circumference of the 5 experimental class students were significantly increased(p<0.01).There was no significant difference in height between the 22 groups(p>0.05).Compared with the control class,badminton class,football class,rope skipping class,dance class weight difference was significant(p<0.05).Compared with the badminton class,the football class,the skipping class and the control class,the dancing class increased significantly(p<0.05).(2)physical function: 12 weeks after the special training class,the control pulse had no significant change(p>0.05).Football class of boys and girls,skipping class girls than any other class pulse was significantly lower(p<0.05).The step index of control class was not significantly increased(p>0.05),and the badminton class,football class,rope skipping class and dance class step index were significantly increased(p<0.05).Significant increase in badminton classes,football classes,dance classes,skipping classes and control classes of vital capacity(p<0.05),which was significantly higher than the growth capacity football class badminton classes,skipping classes,dance classes and control classes(p<0.05).(3)physical aspects: 12 weeks after special training,boys and girls soccer,badminton class class,skipping classes and girls dance class scored increased significantly(p<0.05),male male and female dance class and the control class scored no significant change(p>0.05).Male and female badminton class,football class,rope skipping class,dance class and control class standing long jump performance increased significantly(p<0.05).The results showed that the grip strength of Badminton Class and rope skipping class was significantly higher than that of football class,dancing class and control class(p<0.05).The growth of standing long jump in football class and rope skipping class was significantly higher than that in badminton class,dancing class and control class(p<0.05).In badminton class,football class,rope skipping class and dance class,the forward flexion of sitting position increased significantly(p<0.01),but there was no significant change in sitting position and flexion(p>0.05).The results showed that the growth of sitting position was significantly higher than that of badminton class,football class,rope skipping class and control class(p<0.01).Badminton class,football class,rope skipping class 50 meters significantly improved(p<0.05),dance class and control class 50 meters,no significant improvement(p>0.05).Jumping rope class,football class,badminton class 50 meters growth was significantly higher than the dance class,the control class(p<0.05)dance class 50 meters,the growth of the results compared with the control class had no significant difference(p>0.05).Conclusions:(1)in the aspect of body shape,exercise has no special advantage in promoting the height growth of primary school students,and plays a certain role in controlling the growth of primary school students' weight.Exercise promotes the growth of female chest circumference significantly.Dance promotes chest growth is better than badminton,football and rope skipping.(2)in the aspect of physical function,different sports items have different effects on improving the respiratory function and cardiovascular function of primary school students.Among them,the effect of improving the mechanical ventilation and cardiovascular function of football is more significant.(3)in terms of physical fitness,different sports have different effects on the development of upper and lower limbs.Football,rope skipping on the development of explosive effect of the lower limbs significantly;badminton,rope skipping muscle strength of the opponent than football,dance.Sports can promote the development of primary school students' flexibility,and promote the flexibility of girls is significantly better than boys.The promotion effect of dance on flexibility quality is more significant than badminton,rope skipping and football.Sports can promote the speed quality of primary school students;badminton,football and rope skipping are better than dancing in improving the speed quality of primary school students.
