| In recent years,the society pays more attention to sports,and has higher requirements for physical education teachers.Secondly,training ability is an important part of the overall development of students majoring in physical education.Colleges and universities,as an important force in training talents with high academic qualifications,carry out research on enhancing the training ability of students majoring in physical education.Through the methods of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,this paper studies the training path of physical education majors in Ningbo university.The results are as follows:There are four problems in the current situation of training ability of students majoring in physical education in Ningbo university.These include the comprehensive development of students majoring in physical education that requires the support of the training ability module,the faculty who affects training ability need to be strengthened,the differences in the setting of professional training courses in physical education and the needs of employers,and the testing mechanism of training ability cultivation by the practice platform marked by off-campus training base needs to be improved.The composition of training ability of students majoring in physical education in Ningbo university includes five secondary indicators,including design training ability,special technical ability,command competition ability,innovation ability and learning and summary ability.Design training ability includes nine three-level indicators,such as making plans,establishing training objectives and organizing training implementation.The special technical ability includes includes nine three-level indicators,like the personal special technical ability,the prompt detection and correction to mistake movement,the correct explanation to special movement protection movement.The command competition ability includes 8three-level indicators,such as reasonable analysis of skills and tactics,response to unexpected situations on the field,and study of competition rules.Innovation ability includes four three-level indicators,such as reasonable use of multimedia equipment for training and creative use of existing equipment for training.Learning and summarizing ability includes four three-level indicators,such as evaluation of training plan,self-reflection and self-supervision.The path of training ability development is designed from the training objectives,content settings,scheduling,and method strategies.In terms of training objectives,it is generally based on the premise of meeting the training of the primary and secondary school sports teams,it aims to achieve excellent results.In terms of content setting,theoretical knowledge and training practice are cross-cultivated,it is arranged from classroom theory study,physical education professional student sports team formation,professional team trainee,part-time training,educational training(school and elementary school sports team training)and the practice of competitions inside and outside the school.The time schedule is arranged in an orderly manner from the first semester to the eighth semester.The method measures are mainly designed from eight aspects: establishing reward and punishment mechanism,intensifying competition,and deepening school cooperation. |
