Teaching Ability Status Of Degree In Major Of Physical Education And Cultivation Approach Exploration

At present, the situation of employment in our country to see, whether it is the general education and higher education are faced with the difficult employment situation, the employment pressure has become an indisputable fact. Now, in the national education quality enhances unceasingly expands year by year, major colleges and Universities under the background of the times, the number of graduate students and the contradiction between training quality is getting more and more important. Graduate training quality determines the quality of high level talents, plays an important role in the development of industry of our country in various fields. Sports professional master degree of education is a kind of more characteristics of the times of the training mode, teaching ability is one of the core competence of sports master should have, it is not only the training requirements of the program, but also in today’s society for the cultivation of high level professional sports talents demands.This study selected six in Shandong Province, including sports for the master degree of sports colleges and universities were investigated, according to the survey data analysis of the sports master specialized degree graduate student’s teaching ability, and teaching ability structure and training methods are explored through access to information, expert interviews and other research methods. The results showed that:(1) Shandong Institute of sports professional master degree students accounted for the vast majority of young men, their cultural quality and the ability of social practice has a certain level of pre-school teaching practice is good on the whole.(2) through access to information, expert interviews and other research methods of sports master the specialized degree graduate student teaching ability is defined as the capacity of the four aspects: teaching design, teaching practice, classroom management and teaching effect evaluation. The main problems: 1, the teaching design of most without reference to physical textbooks, teaching writing ability is weak; 2, the use of teaching methods, the basic formation of qualified, regular classroom demonstration ability and good performance; 3, classroom management capacity needs to be improved in the classroom discipline, maintenance and supervision lack of physical education class, 4; to evaluate the performance of students, but also the lack of a more comprehensive evaluation system; 5, the lack of research teaching spirit and teaching self reflection, rarely, the practice of the sense of self is not optimistic, sense of teaching efficiency is not high.(3) to explore the cultivation of sports master specialized degree graduate student teaching ability: from their own point of view on teachers should improve their own knowledge, pay attention to practice and improve their teaching skills from the perspective of curriculum education; school should reform curriculum education mode, cultivate the ability of teaching practice from the angle of practice teaching; training school should strengthen the internship management, improve teaching practice management system, which is conducive to the formation of the resultant force of education teaching ability.(4) suggested that the school sports teaching to cultivate students ability in the teaching, to improve the professional ability of application requirements, to promote the student to teacher role transformation; strengthen the supervision and management for the teaching practice of graduate students, especially in writing teaching plan, teaching and classroom management and so on; characteristics of the proposed research students familiar with the teaching object as soon as possible, continue to accumulate experience and skills of classroom management equipment, site formation, using, maintaining the order of teaching; teaching material and teaching features of the object with the establishment of evaluation system of comprehensive system, and by strengthening the education knowledge and learning to improve teaching ability of teachers self reflection and self efficacy.
