Under the new curriculum reform,the school sports work of PE Teachers' professional practice ability put forward higher requirements,physical education students as the future of the school sports work mainly responsible,their professional practice ability will inevitably affect the quality of physical education to carry out the work of primary and middle school.Therefore,how to improve the physical education students' professional practice ability will become the key problem in current concern.This paper mainly uses the literature method,Delphi method,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics,Gou Jianxin curriculum reform,the structure system of professional practice ability of students majoring in physical education,the current understanding of the Shandong province sports education students' professional practice ability level,analyzes the students' practice ability training process,and according to the results of expert interview,put forward the corresponding training path.The conclusions are as follows:1.Physical education students' professional practice ability includes physical education teaching ability,sports training ability,extracurricular sports organization guidance ability,sports scientific research ability,education ability 5 first level indicators and 32 items of the two indicators.2.The development of professional practice ability of students majoring in Physical Education in Shandong province is not balanced,high level sports teaching and extracurricular sports instruction and organization ability,scientific research ability and sports training ability,education ability is insufficient.3.The main problems of training process of professional practical ability of physical education students in Shandong are: The concept of personnel training and social needs do not match;curriculum,disciplinary structure imbalance,out of touch with the needs of primary and secondary schools teaching,practice course is less;the teaching mode,teaching goal setting is not accurate,single teaching methods,practice and evaluation of the content is not comprehensive,lack of awareness of professional students practical ability of physical education.4.The developing path of the professional practical ability of physical education students in Shandong: set up the comprehensive development of talent training concept,thedevelopment of students' comprehensive quality;clear structure of students majoring in physical education professional practice ability,to develop a reasonable target professional practice ability;improve the professional curriculum system of physical education;optimizing the teaching mode,establish teachers' professional practice ability teaching view,using flexible teaching methods,reasonable arrangement of teaching practice,improve the ability of professional practice evaluation system;feedback mechanism in the construction of professional practice ability of students majoring in physical education training and social needs,make timely adjustments to the teaching activities.And put forward the following suggestions:1.according to the change of social demand,we should adjust the training objective of the practical ability of students majoring in Physical Education.2.according to the current situation of physical education students' professional practice ability,adjust the training process in time.3.improve the consciousness of teachers' professional practice ability and students' professional practice ability.4.colleges and universities should be based on teaching practice,to provide students with adequate social practice activities.
