Optimizing The Cultivating Path Of Employment Appointment Ability Of Students Majoring In Physical Education

The cultivation of College Students' professional applicant ability is an important part of the cultivation of students' comprehensive ability in school.The talent quality of students majoring in physical education depends on the structure and mechanism of the training system.From the point of view of the chain of "training-applying-employment",as the starting point of the whole chain,employment is the foothold of talent training,and the link of employment,as the bridge between the two,is a very easy to be ignored in the current talent training.Link.Therefore,it is an urgent task for colleges and universities to formulate the training path of employment application ability for students majoring in physical education.By using the methods of documentation,expert interview and questionnaire,this paper makes a research on the training path of the students' ability to apply for jobs in physical education major of Ningbo University.The results show that:The employment application ability of students majoring in physical education includes five dimensions: teaching ability,training ability,professional skills,theoretical basis ability and activity organization ability.Among them,teaching ability includes five elements: the ability to use teaching methods,the ability to organize teaching,the ability to control teaching,the ability to design teaching and the image of teachers.Training ability includes six elements: the use of training methods,the formulation of training plans,the evaluation of training effects,the on-the-spot command of competitions,the guidance of techniques and tactics and the ability of medical supervision.Professional skills include basic skills,special skills.Skills and competition experience are three elements.Theoretical foundation ability includes four elements: basic knowledge of technology,basic knowledge of discipline,knowledge of educational theory and knowledge of Humanities and social sciences.Activity organization ability includes four elements: activity planning,competition arrangement,utilization of venues and facilities,and communication and coordination ability.The main problems existing in the employment application ability of students majoring in Physical Education in Ningbo University are as follows: weak theoretical foundation ability related to the application,insufficient transformation of theoretical knowledge and professional skills into teaching skills,and insufficient support of practical ability related to structured interview for the application process.In the cultivation of employment application ability of students majoring in physical education,the training path of teaching ability is designed through classroom theory and practice teaching,teaching skill contest,educational probation and educational practice;the training path of training ability is designed through classroom theory teaching,school sports team training and professional sports team practice;and the training path of professional skills is designed through classroom theory teaching,school sports team training and professional sports team practice.The contents of school sports team training,general courses and specialized courses and basic work contest are designed;the training path of theoretical foundation ability is designed through classroom theory teaching,organizing students to review and carry out theoretical model examination contest for P.E.teacher recruitment according to the content of recruitmentexamination syllabus;and the training path of activity organization ability is designed through training of social sports instructors and community comparison.The contest and teaching practice are designed.Among them,according to different abilities,special training objectives,time arrangement and corresponding methods and strategies are formulated.
