Inclusive education emphasizes that place special children in the different stages of normal education,including preschool inclusive,and with the development of,improve teachers’ support is one of the main factors to ensure the quality of inclusive,one of the most important is teachers’ emotional support.Teachers’ emotional support---as a resource for children’s psychological support,can reduce children’s problem behaviors and negative emotions effectively,can improve teachers’ education effect and children’s sense of self-efficacy and integration.Due to the development of autistic children ‘particularity and complexity,children with autism in preschool inclusive education are more likely to receive emotional support from teachers in order to help children’s social development.This study selects preschool inclusive kindergarten teachers as the research object,and puts rehabilitation institutions teachers’ as the research group,for the CLASS emotional support dimension as the original basis,use domestic scholars reorganized "Mental retarded children classroom emotional support observation table" as the observation tool,observe the preschool inclusive education’s teacher and rehabilitation institutions teachers’ emotional support,and compare two kinds of education environment condition;Through SPSS21.0 analyze and compare two kinds of education environment of teachers’ emotional support level,and then the results show that inclusive education teachers’ emotional support is slightly above the middle level,significantly lower than the level of teachers in rehabilitation institutions;positive and negative atmosphere dimension teachers emotional support is at the middle level in inclusive education,but the dimension of teachers’ sensitivity and perspective of students is at middle level.Then the author analyzed the factors affecting the quality of teachers’ emotional support in the preschool integrated education of autistic children from three aspects of teachers,kindergartens and parents.Finally,according to influence factors and combined with the interview results put forward to improve the quality of teachers’ emotional support suggestions,including enhancing teachers’ awareness of emotional support;to increase exchanges and cooperation between teachers and students;pay attention to individual education guiding;kindergarten teachers to provide support and strengthen cooperation between parents and teachers,from many aspects to promote autistic children’ healthy development in preschool inclusive education.
