| The rapid development of Internet and the popularity of smartphones brings conveniences to people and causes contradictories potentially at the same time.Internet which is regarded as an important carrier for netizens to publish and then spread attitudes and opinions quickly makes online public sentiment happen frequently.The fact that teenagers are surfing the web earlier and longer and the pressure on examination-oriented education is increasing by years leads to a distinct upward trend on online public sentiment of middle school.Through profound understanding of working condition in Wuxing District,Huzhou,I find that the online public sentiment pressure has been increasing by years and that in middle school even has been increasing manifold.After my deep research,not only in Wuxing District,but also the whole society hasn’t paid enough attention to the governance of online public sentiment and made relevant systematic research on it.In order to deal with the stress on it better,construct a better growing environment for minors in Wuxing District and enrich the related content for the study of the governance about middle school online public sentiment,I decide to do this research.This paper which is based on the theory of Synergy Governance,Crisis Management and Agenda Arrangement adopts literature review,questionnaire review and interview research as methods.Also,it takes analyzing existing circumstance,finding problems and proposing solutions as research route.It is discovered from the study that there exists many problems in governance of middle school’s online public sentiment nowadays.It is still in an unclear stage from top to bottom——governments,schools,media and netizens haven’t fused a complete system according their responsibilities such as no relevant mechanisms established by governments,lack of network culture education in middle school,teachers’ lower processing capacity of online public opinion,loss of family management and so on.These problems arisen are not only related to the results that lack of predominate role caused by governments’ insufficient attention to middle school’s online public sentiment,but also have an inseparable relation with different roles played by Internet media,deficiency cyberculture education in society,lack of processing capacity of online public sentiment among teachers and fails in families’ function.After inducing and coordinating the problems exists in governance of Huzhou Wuxing District’s online public sentiment and then analyzing systematically,this paper proposes some strategies from four dimensions including reinforcing the leading role of the governments,making full use of schools subjects,deepening the guiding role of Internet media and providing family supporting role.The strategies try to explore a new ’Four-in-one’ pattern for governments,schools,Internet media and families to manage cooperatively and also a new managing way that accords with the reality of working condition in Huzhou Wuxing District. |
