In the context of today’s aging society,the physical and mental health,quality of life,life satisfaction,and the redevelopment of human resources for the elderly have begun to receive constant attention from all walks of life in society.Elderly groups can be “adapted,learn,and do something”,and finally achieve “elderly enjoyment”,which not only helps to build an elderlyfriendly society,but also helps to meet the spiritual culture of the elderly Needs to promote their own subjective well-being.The purpose of this study is to investigate the well-being of elderly people participating in education or training by investigating the educational status and well-being of elderly people receiving elderly education.The subjective well-being of the elderly is used as the educational benefit to explore the correlation between the elderly’s participation in education and subjective well-being,with a view to showing that education has a positive and positive function in improving one’s own happiness.The main research contents of this thesis include: The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,literature review and core concept definition,and explains the purpose,content,hypothesis,method and object of this study in detail;The second part is the theoretical basis,and the human capital theory and society related to education premium and happiness Capital theory,active ageing theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs are explained,and these theories are used as the theoretical basis to analyze the correlation between elderly education participation and subjective well-being from the perspective of education premium;The third part is the research process and results,which are detailed as follows:1.Among the respondents,the majority of the young old people are less male than female.They have spouses and live with their families more.Their income belongs to the middle level and their education level is medium and low.2.In terms of learning participation,the respondents paid more attention to learning participation and lifelong learning;the elderly who participated in learning activities had better investment in education;they are satisfied with the teaching ability of teachers,the relationship between teachers and students and the relationship between students,and the learning atmosphere is harmonious and harmonious.In addition,when the elderly participate in educational activities,they have strong interest in learning,high initiative in learning,strong mentality of challenging difficulties,high degree of focus on learning and strong awareness of the importance of learning,so they have a good learning experience.3.In terms of the impact of education on the happiness of the elderly,the subjective happiness of the elderly participating in educational activities is generally higher,and they are more satisfied with their physical and mental health experience,adaptation and satisfaction experience,and selfdevelopment experience,which also reflects Out-of-age education activities have a positive impact on them.4.In the study of the correlation between educational participation and subjective well-being,first,the amount of time and money invested by the elderly in educational activities has a significant correlation with their subjective well-being.Secondly,the elderly feel support,mutual assistance,and care in the learning atmosphere,which improves their sense of self-worth and happiness.Thirdly,the cognition and experience of the elderly on the fun,initiative,challenge,concentration,importance of participating in educational activities has a significant correlation with subjective well-being.In addition,through multiple linear regression analysis,we can know that the learning atmosphere,learning experience and education investment can positively predict the subjective well-being of the elderly.5.In the aspect of education premium effect of learning participation on the happiness of the elderly,through multiple linear regression analysis,we can see that learning atmosphere,learning experience and education investment can positively predict the subjective happiness of the elderly.In addition,in terms of testing the intermediary influence mechanism of education and the well-being of the elderly,the influence of educational investment on the subjective well-being of the elderly is achieved through the two mechanisms of the educational atmosphere and the educational experience,and the educational experience can improve the subjective well-being of the elderly The contribution rate is significantly higher than the educational atmosphere.The fourth part is discussion and analysis.This part firstly analyzes and analyzes the significant correlation between the three elements of learning participation,learning atmosphere and learning experience of the elderly participating in educational activities and subjective wellbeing;The premium effect generated by the elderly’s well-being;finally put forward a number of recommendations and measures,and pointed out the limitations and deficiencies of this research.
