Ningbo brand competition in order to promote further development,finds out the factors constraint on its development,the government and market and better implement the responsibilities for cultivating brand competition collaboration,clear training direction,ningbo sports industry and provides decision-making management,perfecting the relevant policies and measures to better play to the role of the market,optimize the resource configuration,implementation of multivariate function,maximum limit mining event unique social benefit and economic benefit.In Ningbo brand sports events as the research object,the list of cultivate brand sporting event in Zhejiang province library(2018)"and" cultivate brand sporting event in Zhejiang province directory library(2019)"the 10 Ningbo events as sample,with the method of documentation,logical analysis and digital envelope analysis as research methods,combined with the Zhejiang sports brand competition third assessment report,based on data envelopment analysis(DEA)method in the BCC,CCR and BCC model super efficiency,will the government invested capital and social capital investment as input index,The number of audience,the number of TV and network platforms,and the number of TV and network broadcast platform audience were analyzed as the output indicators,and the comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency and other data were calculated.Based on the values of input redundancy and output deficiency,Suggestions for the future development of Ningbo brand sports events were proposed.The results show that:1.Among the 10 Ningbo brand sports events,the comprehensive efficiency value of 6 brand sports events reaches 1,accounting for 60% of the total,while the efficiency value of the remaining 4 sports events does not reach the effective production frontier and is in an invalid state,accounting for 40% of the total.2.10 Ningbo brand sports item,only the men’s tennis challenge(Ningbo Yinzhou)of pure technical efficiency values less than 1,in the invalid state,the comprehensive efficiency and lower than 1,illustrate the sport event management problems,need to cause,organization attaches great importance to the relevant departments,actively to improve,and improve the level of competition operating companies.3.Among the 10 brand events,the scale efficiency value of 8 events is less than 1,which reflects the relatively insufficient investment scale level of brand events in Ningbo city.The reason may be that the introduction and promotion of the event have not been fully recognized by the audience,and the audience’s acceptance of the event also needs to be improved gradually.4.For the five sports events with diminishing returns to scale,the proportion of investment should be adjusted in a timely manner,the funds should be reasonably allocated,and the investment in publicity should be increased.It is not limited to traditional sports media,but can be inclined to new sports media.Two Suggestions are put forward on the basis of the research results: different strategies should be adopted for different competitions,and the proportion of investment should be adjusted;Streamline administration and delegate power to brand events,and strengthen training of event management talents.
