In the process of production and manufacturing,it is often necessary for multiple skilled personnel to cooperate to achieve the production goal, namely, joint processing.Joint processing is a special phenomenon in joint action. In joint action, two persons group is the most basic type of team.Similarity attraction theory holds that the consistency of cognitive style of team members may affect the relationship between task conflict and team performance, that is,the cognitive style of individual may affect joint action. So,is there any difference in the common representation ability of different cognitive skills in joint action? Is there any difference in the common representation ability between high skilled and general skilled personnel? Is this difference embodied in self task or other persons task? In view of the above problems, the study used joint Simon task and joint memory task to study the differences of common representation ability of different cognitive skills. The purpose of Experiment 1 is to explore the common representation ability of skilled talents with different cognitive ways in the joint Simon task. The experiment was designed by using 2(cognitive mode: field dependence, field independence)× 2(stimulus response position: consistent, inconsistent). The results show that:(1)both field dependent and field independent skilled personnel have joint Simon effect in joint task, and the joint Simon effect of field dependent skilled talents(JSE =28)is greater than that of field independent skilled personnel(JSE =21);(2)both senior and intermediate workers have joint Simon effect in joint tasks, and high-level workers have joint Simon effect The joint Simon effect(JSE =26)of the intermediate workers is greater than that of intermediate workers(JSE =18).The purpose of Experiment 2 is to further explore the ability of skilled talents with different cognitive ways to represent self task, others task and irrelevant task in joint memory task. The experiment design was designed by using 2(cognitive mode: field dependence, field independence)× 2(skill level: intermediate worker, senior worker)× 3(task type: self, others, irrelevant). The results showed that:(1)the vocabulary recall of field dependent senior workers(M=9.11)was significantly higher than that of field independent senior workers(M=7.29);(2)the recall of field dependent skilled workers(M= 8.35)of field dependent senior workers was significantly higher than that of field independent skilled workers(M=7.14);(3)vocabulary recall of field dependent skilled workers(M =6.44)The vocabulary recall of the independent skilled talents was significantly higher than that of the independent skill talents(M = 4.65).The following conclusions are drawn from the Comprehensive Experiments 1 and 2(1)The common representation ability of field dependent skilled personnel is greater than that of field independent skilled personnel.(2)The ability of field dependent skill talents to represent other tasks and irrelevant tasks in joint memory tasks is greater than field independent skill talents.(3)The common representation ability of senior workers is greater than that of intermediate workers.(4)Cognitive style has a great influence on the common representation ability of senior workers, and has little influence on the common representation ability of intermediate workers. Therefore,in the process of training skilled personnel, for the projects with high requirements for team cooperation ability,it is better to choose the field dependent skilled personnel as the cognitive mode;for the projects that need to be completed by individual skilled personnel,it is better to choose the cognitive way as the field independent skilled personnel.Secondly,in teaching practice,we should pay attention to the social representation strategy of training skilled talents to improve their common representation ability.
