Research On The Training Of Reserve Talents In Sanmenxia Provincial Traditional Sports Schools In The Context Of "Integration Of Sports And Education"

The competition of sports is the competition of talents,and the continuous improvement and sustainable development of sports depends on the cultivation of sports reserve talents.The traditional sports school is an important practice form to cultivate sports reserve talents in China,and it is an important practical achievement of the strategy of "integration of sports and education".In the new era,the training of sports reserve talents must be based on the background of "integration of sports and education",and under its leadership,traditional sports schools should be used to further cultivate high-quality sports reserve talents with both substance and technology.Based on the perspective of "integration of sports and education",this study uses literature,field survey,questionnaire,Delphi method,AHP and mathematical statistics to summarize and compare the current situation of sports reserve talents training in provincial sports schools in Sanmenxia City,and construct a SWOT matrix model on this basis.The SWOT matrix model was constructed to explore the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of the current model of training reserve talents in Sanmenxia provincial traditional sports schools.At the same time,the weight of each influencing factor was determined by the hierarchical analysis method(AHP),and the most suitable development strategy was selected in order to expand and consolidate the path of sports reserve personnel training in Sanmenxia.The findings of the study are as follows.1.Advantage(s):student athletes have excellent cultural performance and high motivation in training;cultural teachers are more supportive of student athletes’participation in training;diversified forms of schooling,with more joint ventures between schools and youth sports clubs.2.Disadvantages(W):uneven distribution of schools,unbalanced setting of traditional sports programs,insufficient articulation of school-section programs;lack of "all-round" teachers(coaches),fewer opportunities for teachers(coaches)to study and train;insufficient guarantee of available resources,single source of training funds,venues and equipment to be improved;low athletic level of student athletes,few opportunities for competition,lack of opportunities to train in place of competition.3.Opportunities(O):strategic positioning of sports and education integration in the new era;increased space for national competitive sports reserve talents demand;rapid development of propaganda media and expansion of mass sports base.4.Threats(T):Most parents do not support training in the general environment of exam-oriented education;insufficient geographical advantages and few high-quality teaching resources in Sanmenxia;ambiguous organizational and management roles of local schools of traditional sports programs,and communication barriers in the physical education sector.5.Combined with the AHP hierarchical analysis,it is determined that the training of reserve talents in Sanmenxia provincial traditional sports schools is suitable to adopt the WT defensive(conservative)strategy.And its strategic direction should be implemented in the integration of the main body,the integration of teachers,the integration of events and the integration of resources,and the training strategy of sports reserve talents can be steadily and far-reaching under the guidance of the concept of integration of sports and education.
