The sports schools, especially provincial, our main athletic personnel training base which connected to the amateur training and professional training and transported a large number of outstanding athletic athletes.Athletic training management is the establishment of high-level athletic, scientific and rational training management can guarantee the smooth progress of athletic achieving goals, enhanced athletic performance. Therefore, studying of the status of provincial sports school's athletic training is very important.Through seeing lots of literature and obtaining the views of experts and scholars, The paper research on China's part of the provincial sports school athletic training management, using literature, questionnaire surveys, expert interviews, mathematical statistics, study the model of athletic management, coaches management, athlete management, scientist management, and financial management of research, conclusions is following:1 Four provincial sports schools'training management rules and regulations are more perfect, athletic training, also have taken characteristics operating mode. Project set based on the province's advantages of the project; National policy guide, the project's development of transported unit as well as training unit's closure is a major factor in running athletic events of the provincial sports school.2 Athletic coaches'experience and title structure very excellent, with a ratio of more reasonable, but the age structure are aging, retired athletes are the source to the post; "old teach young" and job training is the main ways to improve coaching athletics'level of coaches. Job trainings'cycle, content arrangement, long-term planning is not enough. Coaches'self-learning ability should to be strengthened.3 Four provincial sports school in the selection still has advantages on size and geographical. Leadership pays more attention to selection. Coaches has adequate right to personnel; There is some difficult in selection work such as the decline to the quality and scale of participating form young people, single way of students'cultivation mode, competition for talents with the other training units.4 Four provinces'youth athletic competitions municipal should be improved. Coach-response is the main rule to athletic team in provincial sports school. Game result is more important to post assessment, Performance appraisal need to be improved; the supervision on athletic training program and training process is less. Training level in science is not high, transmission rate overall low, and the way of athlete development is single.5 Scientist management of four sports school are maturing such as hardware and software; Athletic Coaches'scientific research level is overall low, researchers'level is uneven. Communication and collaboration in some research tasks are not sufficient, lacking of scientific research of leadership and target.6 Provincial sports school in the mainly depend on the source of funding allocation Sports Bureau; the sports school athletic training funds essential to maintain the normal operation of the project, but athletic training venues and facilities as a whole is still relatively tight. The development of athletic makes a great impact on higher-level sport sectors'cyclical investment.
