The arrival of the information age has led to important changes in the connotation,structure,carrier,and dissemination methods of knowledge,which inevitably requires corresponding changes in the goals and methods of learning.It is imperative to break through the walls of traditional education,and the emergence of online education is the inevitable trend to adapt to this change."Online education" and "intelligent education" will become new forms of education representing the future.However,no matter what,people can’t imagine that this new model,which needs to be promoted for a long time,will be launched on a large scale all over the world overnight.At the beginning of 2020,Covid-19 raided all mankind and disrupted the current political,economic,technological and other patterns.At the same time,education has also been pushed into the "spotlight".Education is facing an unprecedented "big exam".Because of the Covid-19,teachers and students are scattered at home and cannot enter the school classroom to carry out learning.However,the real dilemma has been perfectly solved on the Internet,and a large-scale online education experiment has been launched worldwide.This is not only a pioneering work in the history of human education,but also a great wealth in the history of human education.It has successfully achieved the goal of "stopping classes and teaching" under the epidemic situation,promoted the process of deep integration of new technology and education,and profoundly affected people’s views on education,talent and learning.However,the large-scale online teaching that came suddenly and rapidly has exposed many problems,especially the primary and middle school stage has experienced unprecedented challenges,and various new problems and management problems that have not been experienced in the past have appeared.It can be said that it is a concentrated exposure of various management problems in the rapid transition of traditional teaching to new teaching.So,what are these problems? If the offline teaching of the Internet of Everything will become the new normal of education,what does this large-scale online teaching exercise mean? What are the problems revealed by it? What is the reference for the normalization of online teaching in my country in the future? What important value does it have for the transformation of traditional school education and the construction of a new education system?Focusing on these issues,this research explores from the perspective of management theory.This study uses observation method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to collect all-round data,and uses Excel and NVivo 12 software for data analysis.Explored the new management problems arising from the changes in teaching methods in the various elements of management.They are new problems arising from changes in "space",new problems arising from changes in "people",new problems arising from changes in "process",and new problems arising from changes in "things".Based on Brodell’s "long period" theory,this paper explores the causes of online teaching problems from three aspects:close range,medium range and long range from a historical and macro perspective.Based on the results of this research and the exploration of the reasons behind the management problems,the following research conclusions are drawn.First,the changes of teaching methods caused by new technology lead to the changes of many factors and their relationships in the process of teaching management,such as people,things,time,space and environment.Therefore,it will inevitably lead to new management problems.Second,the traditional teaching management model and philosophy are deeply ingrained,which is the root cause of online teaching management problems and plays a decisive role in solving the problems;Third,the traditional teaching management model will not only fail in the face of new technologies,but will also become the biggest obstacle among them;Fourth,the problems of online teaching management will be improved with the continuous integration of new technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence.Based on this,the following enlightenments are put forward: Firstly,to solve the management problems of online teaching,it is urgent for school administrators and teachers to understand the essence of online teaching;secondly,to solve the management problems of online teaching and it is urgent for school administrators and teachers to update their management concepts;thirdly,to solve the management problems of online teaching and it is urgent for school administrators and teachers to embrace new technologies.
