Online learning is an important way to play an educational role in basic education in China.Especially in this epidemic stage,online education has played an important role.Unexpected outbreaks have become the touchstone of the inspection of educational informatization construction everywhere,and also become a booster of online education.Under the policy of "no suspension of classes",according to the statistics of CNNIC,China Internet Information Center,by March 2020,the number of online learning users in China will reach 423 million,and the offline education will be completely stagnant.Facing such a huge online learning group,the public will also have a heated Discussion on the quality of online education.In the process of dealing with it,educators should focus on the teaching effect,problems and experiences.This paper makes a literature review from four aspects:the related research on the connotation of online learning,the related research on the influencing factors of online learning,the related research on the research design of online learning status,and the related research on the evaluation of online learning effect.On the basis of previous studies,this paper summarizes the research experience and finds new research perspectives.Then from the third chapter,based on the literature review part,the questionnaire preparation,data collection and data analysis are carried out.The current situation of online learning in Yangzhou basic education is comprehensively displayed from six aspects:Students' personal basic information,online learning support,online learning participation,online learning experience,online learning effect and online learning expectation,and the existing problems are summarized,This paper analyzes the differences of gender,primary and secondary schools,region and online learning experience in six dimensions,which provides first-hand data support for the public and the government to solve online learning problemsThe fourth part is the conclusion and suggestion.Through the third part of the data analysis,this study draws the following conclusions:uneven distribution of educational resources,online learning experience has a great impact on learners' satisfaction with learning effect;Students'previous online learning experience is not rich,and they prefer live and mixed learning mode;The problem of hardware support interfering with class quality is still widespread,and mobile phones are more popular among students as learning devices;The proportion of primary school students who can take online classes on time is the highest,the overall students have a good attitude towards online learning,and the interaction between teachers and students is prominent;Students' autonomous learning ability needs to be improved;The learning effect is closely related to the frequency of parental supervision;The problem of online learning teaching materials support is obvious;Online learning satisfaction is high and learning effect is good;The traditional classroom style offline education mode is irreplaceable.Corresponding to the conclusion,the study puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:strengthen the problem situation creation of live classroom,create a learning community;Improve students' self-discipline ability,improve the home school supervision mechanism;Optimize the online learning support,and implement the corresponding preferential policies for the areas with limited conditions;Redefine the relationship between online learning and traditional classroom,and embrace the new normal of online and offline blended learning.
